This home is definitely a 5 star stay! Very clean, and has a very welcoming feel. It has everything you could need for your stay! Quiet, cozy, well appointed. Equipped for a full family with thought given to babies, kids & teens. Quick & pleasant response from the manager. Would definitely stay here again.

We met family in Newton to attend a friend's wedding reception. The home was nicely appointed and provided all the amenities we could possibly need.

The owners were responsive to my questions and accommodating to our requests. The house had lots of thoughtful items and spaces. We really enjoyed the game room. Lovely patio to sit and visit. Everything was clean and organized.

We were in KS for summer festivities. With family and friends scattered all over 5 surrounding KS counties - this location was perfect for us to be in the middle of it all. The house was comfortable and well appointed. I would definately stay again.

I booked this property for the location, since we had a family wedding in town Saturday evening.
I live 30 minutes away, and my two daughters were also coming in from out of town for the wedding. This place was perfect for us. It made us feel at home, and we were able to enjoy time together before and after the wedding. It is a beautiful home, accessorized with everything you would need. I did not have time, but would love to have played golf at the course within walking distance from the property.
Highly recommend this property.

This modern clean house was perfect for our family weekend. 3 grown kids enjoyed all the amenities at the house and round of golf. Lovely outside seating area was conducive for conversations. Definitely exceeded expectations. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful new home! The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Even the towels in the bathroom looked brand new! The house is conveniently located. Check-in and check-out were seamless. I would highly recommend! We would love to stay again!

The home looks brand new and is decorated beautifully! The kitchen is well equipped as well as the baths. The property only has one small step at the front door so it was perfect for my parents that have difficulty with the stairs. The mattress in the 2nd bedroom was a bit firmer than we are used too but we slept surprisingly well. The provided linens were lovely. We never did figure out the shower in the 2nd bath but the tub worked just fine. We ran out of propane so my husband made a quick call to the property manager and we found there was a refill off the game room/garage. We would definitely recommend this if you are looking for a nice place to stay in Newton! Thanks for sharing your lovely home!

Perfection!
House is perfect and well appointed. Great location just off the 15th fairway, not on it. Kitchen is equipped with all of the tools needed to cook any meal. Great natural light coming in through windows in every room. Just wonderful. My only request is to provide a broom and dustpan, as I like to sweep after cooking each meal. And we did buy paper towels and toilet paper of our own, as we like a certain brand and wanted to have plenty. Thanks for a great stay~!
