Beautiful place to stay. Very clean and great pool setup in the backyard. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Four of us stayed in this great house. Kimberley was great to work with and very accessible. Location is excellent, and a short drive to beaches.

Words cannot describe how much we enjoyed staying at the Coastal Farmhouse in Bradenton. First off Kimberly the host is amazing and so helpful. We had a really terrible experience with another host on VRBO canceling on us the day before our check in. We did not hear from a rebooking agent but when we contacted Kimberly, she made the whole process so easy. We were even able to check in the same day. The house was very clean. Our family and the other family who booked the house with us had so much fun. We greatly enjoyed the amazing outdoor space, pool, spa and miniature golf. We also enjoyed the ping pong table, corn hole and game room. So many memories made! This was by far my favorite house we have stayed at in the five years we have been using VRBO.

The location and decor were gorgeous. The size was perfect for our trip with 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The kitchen had NO extras. We had to buy a lot of normal things provided for our 5 day stay. Also, purchased an extra chair and cooler for the beach and left behind at the house. It’s hard to pack all those things when you fly. Overall great rating, just want the next travelers to be prepared to buy these things.

This was a great place to stay. Beautiful home with appliances that allow for preparing food at home. The entertainment was great for the kids. Swimming, playing, arcade, football ping pong beach gear. The home experience was amazing and our family will not forget it soon! Just as an FYI, it’s a bit too far from the beach to utilize a golf cart but the public parking was great at Bradenton beach!

Amazing property in a great location! We particularly loved the backyard and the pool, could use additional lighting as it gets really dark at night even with the mood lighting in the pool. We loved the modern farmhouse decor and the landscaping on the front of the house. The kitchen is a bit smaller and needed more tools/supply but wasn’t much of a hassle. This property still becomes the top of our list compared to all we had stayed at in the past several years. Would definitely go back, highly recommended!

House and property get high marks for cleanliness. Host (Kimberly) was accommodating for an earlier check-in. Backyard was very nicely updated. The pool & spa was great and the putting green an added bonus. I would recommend this house to anyone. Gary J.

I can’t say enough about this property! It was exactly the way the pictures showed. Everything was very throughout from the charming decor to the outside pool area. The beach was very close, with a wagon, sand buckets for kids and beach chairs for the sand. The game room area was perfect with ping pong in the garage. Would definitely go back.

Our family loved the yard and pool! The property was spotless when we checked in and was just as shown in the photos. Can’t wait to return!

The Coastal Farmhouse is a fantastic place to spend your Bradenton vacation. For us the huge highlight was the backyard and pool. I cannot tell you how terrific it is. The entire property is so well thought out and so well maintained. The interior decor of the home is lovely and feels fresh and clean. Everything you need is included both inside and outside the home. The garage is like a bonus room, with the washer/dryer, an extra fridge as well as a ping pong table. There was even a little red wagon that we could use for our grandkids! The location of the home is great with close proximity to Anna Maria Island. All of our communication with Kimberly the owner was clear and timely. We really enjoyed our time in the Coastal Farmhouse and would be happy to return!

House and yard were beautiful. everything very clean and organized. Wish the weather was a little warmer to take advantage of the pool and hot tub more.

We loved staying here! The only reason why it was not 5 stars was because for us, the beds were not comfortable. This is definitely a personal preference. They were spring (which to be fair, I am not used to spring anymore) and super firm. Other than that, the stay was perfect. Close enough to the beaches, but not so close to deal with the traffic and such of the beach. We had a lot of fun, and we are considering coming back for sure!

House was very clean and comfortable. Kim was always responsive and kind. The home is in a nice location, not too far from the beach and not too far from the stores! I definitely recommend this home!

Can’t say enough positive things about this house, pool, location, and owner!! The pictures do not do it justice…even better in person! The house is well equipped for a very comfortable stay (pool towels, kitchen well stocked with utensils, cookware, furniture is very nice and comfortable etc). Everything is new and fresh and so clean! The pool is AMAZING and the backyard an oasis. We stayed 8 nights and wish we could have stayed longer.

The atmosphere in the backyard is amazing and we spent basically the whole time there. Inside was decorated beautifully and very updated and clean.

Well thought out home in every way.

Beautiful outdoor area with lots of fun activities for the kids!

15 minutes from Anna Marie Island~! Easy check in, Kimberly was very helpful, and our kids said they were obsessed with the pool area. Home was beautiful, lots for our kids to do(ages 15-22) and plenty of room for all. Bring your beach towels and a cooler for the beaches. Would definitely stay again.

In reference to the house, is beautiful the backyard is a dream, everything is brand new and decorated trendy. We spend a amazing time with our sons in the pool, play mini golf, ping pong, and mini fútbol . We booked this house to spend my son and my wife birthday. We are all adults and responsible people. Since arriving and after loving the initial impact of the house, we started to get irritated and annoyed by the amount of commands, rules and directions everywhere , i mean everywhere there is a tag. Dont do this, dont do that, don’t move the decorations, if you do this we will terminate your reservation, if you do that we will charge you extra, etc. We felt observed and uneasy. Vacations are meant to be to relax, and all the tagging causes you stress. The sliding door to the pool has an alarm that was making us crazy! You need to bypass it everytime you go out and still will scream within few seconds, the sound is so loud that was unbearable, the first time it sounded i got a terrible headache that lasted two hrs, it was loud! and if you are out and want to come in, there is no bypass, so it will screamed every time. There was not way for some of us to rest or watch tv and the rest to enjoy the pool, because the alarm was soooo loud. Thankfully at one point stopped working and we got to enjoy the house without the torment. Other comments are, everything is so pretty, but lacks confort and functionality. White bathroom rugs! We did not want to step on them… Confort is important when you are on vacations. It needs a comfortable couch in the patio, confortable chairs in the living room, not placematts. As I say beautiful house, but will not repeat.

This home is perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The pool and hot tub are super nice. There are tons of activities for teens in and outside the home. Kimberly was responsive and easy to work with on arrangements. It’s completely remodeled and very nice! My teenagers loved it!
