A great location, cozy cabin and excellent hosts!

This was the perfect size for a couple of college friends catching up after many years! Easy access to Keystone, Hill City, etc. The cottage was clean and comfortable for us. We enjoyed a glass of wine at the picnic table out front and sitting on the porch. Loved hearing the 1880 train as it passed by and waving at the people on board. Quiet and peaceful! Definitely planning on staying here again!

The cabin was clean, well supplied, and located near many of the places of interest in the Black Hills, SD area. The large grass area behind the cabin was perfect for our lab, Gus. It’s a beautiful setting and we were blessed to see white-tailed deer every morning.

The cabin was wonderful! Two very nice queen beds, nice living room, nice bathroom with a tub and shower. I highly recommend this location for a quiet and peaceful stay. The large play area was great for our dog. Everything is clean and well taken care of.

The cabin was comfortable and in a great location and had everything we needed for our 1 night stay. Good communication with property manager with quick replies. We would definitely stay again!

My husband and I came for our anniversary trip and had a very nice stay! We brought our own UTV and were able to park our trailer easily. Cabin was very clean! Wi-fi was a little spotty, but we didn't need to use it much. Overall very pleased with our stay.

Our stay was wonderful! Becki and family were friendly and welcoming. Our family of 5 enjoyed our cozy stay. Our kids (12yr, 7yr, 2yr) enjoyed shooting baskets, throwing the football, and playing on the swing set.

The cabin was cute and the layout was perfect for our family. Close to Mt. Rushmore and all sorts of other attractions. Communication was great. Would definitely book again!

Becki amwas a fantasic host. Loved the property and everything about these cabins! It was perfect for our family vacation and i am glad we chose American Pines! Would recommend 1000%!

A very nice cabin, love the pine interior. HVAC worked great and windows are screened for natural breeze. Cozy, but two bedrooms, small kitchen but very functional and all the basics are there - dishes, pots, pans. Very close to attractions. Internet was a bit weak, could not stream, but worked for email. Cell signal was similar, fine for phone calls. A very nice stay and getaway.

Clean, well-maintained, full (but tiny) kitchen. Owners very helpful, and had great activity suggestions. Lots to do in the area!! Strongly recommend!

This property was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay there. Very clean, quiet, loved the chickens roaming around, very friendly and helpful staff. I would totally recommend this to family and friends. Thank you.

Wonderful place to stay. Sarah was very informative about everything with the property. Great play area for kids. Will be our first choice next time we visit the black hills.
