The lady who cleaned the room was nice.

There were ants In the room I stayed in, the pictures of the rooms online are very misleading, both front desk staff were sitting out front smoking when me and my husband arrived, we had to wait for them to finish their cigarettes to come inside and check us in. The hard boiled eggs they had out at breakfast were cold and smelled rotten. All together this place was very disappointing, they could definitely use an upgrade to their rooms!

The check-in desk guy was not there at 4:15. Check is was at 4pm. Myself and another guest waited 20 minutes until the front desk guy arrived from going to get a sandwich. I explained how unacceptable it was for us to stand there with no one there, and he said he had to wait 20 minutes for his sandwich, so that's why we had to wait to check in. As a business manager, this is not a good employee to have, and I would not tolerate any employee to conduct my business in this manner. I am not sure as to the guys name, as I was extremely frustrated by his tone and attitude towards me that I just wanted to get to my room. With my family standing and waiting along side with me, as we were traveling for vacation, I would never recommend your business to anyone due to the very rude and unprofessional behavior of your night desk employee on December 31st.

Definitely the property needs an updated.Beds needs new mattress. Just a place to stay, will not stay again.

Maybe a waffle would be good. Other wise everything else was good.

Doorways slightly too narrow to easily move recumbent trike through them.
