Property is as described. Very clean and comfortable for a long weekend with my spouse. Enjoyed the small deck for watching the rain, ships, and sunrise! Easy beach access; owner provided towels, chairs, and an umbrella!

They need to add more lighting to the place. Only one lamp and it is not by the sofa. Only the overhead lights in the place. The door to the bathroom did not have a latch into the door jamb. Otherwise, it was very nice.

The condo is very basic and has the bare minimum No usb ports to charge phones only 1 mirror in the bathroom above sink. No clocks. Cookware and dinnerware very basic and again bare minimum The most disappointing part was when we reached out to Vacasa the property management company to alert them that condo flooded during the last hurricane the property management company nevero reached reached back out to us! We see spent over 3 hours working hard to stop the flooding , protecting the unit the best we could and cleaning up all the water. I reached out to Vacasa several times and still 3 days later no response, no thank you, no gratitude, no offer to compensate us for our hard work our loss of time to protect this unit We were told the property was shutting down a day before we were due to leave . We had no choice to leave. The lack of communication, the owner and Vacasa lack of concern and gratitude are just very disappointing.

The staff, the view, and the beach

Property is beautifully kept, lawn, pool and games available were all excellent. The Condo wasn’t as clean as I would prefer. We had to also clean the sliding door so that we could enjoy the view. Porch gliders are so comfortable and enjoyed our evenings on the balcony. Down side the room had a musty smell so we bought a room deodorizer to help. Mold on wall by air unit and air unit was really dirty and not well maintained. Also had to buy toilet paper as we were only given 2. The bathroom mirror were dirty and the frig had a onion smell. Again love the property but would pick another unit to rent.

This is a property to avoid. The humidifier overflows and the floor is peeling off. There is mold on the floor and we both got sick. Our second complaint is that it is LOUD. Between the air conditioning and the humidifier, you WILL NOT be able to sleep. The view is nice but when the wind is blowing the sliding door rattles in the frame. The bathroom door does not close, there is only a knob. This property is not worth what it costs. It is only a very small room with a galley kitchen. The neighbors and check in people were very pleasant.

Brilliant property, it had everything you need, quick access to the beach, already planning a trip back.
