Our family stay was delightful at 16 Sunsets. The private beach and beach chair service was great. We spent time on the beach in the morning and afternoon and the heated pool before dinner. We were 8 adults and 3 children 3 and under. We didn’t go out much. Stayed a week, cooking and eating 90% of meals in the fantastic kitchen. Destin dreamers was great to work with and you can tell really care for their properties. This was a luxury home. We will rent from Destin Dreamers again for sure.

Plenty of extras, beds, ice machine, mini fridges, kitchen packed with extras, a refrigerator just for drinks, big kitchen table & bar stools, little pool, beach towels- it's too good not to enjoy every minute of vacation! We had a blast & all the extras took it to another level!! Will rent again!

Beautiful view, the pictures are somewhat deceiving as far as size of some of the rooms. The house has nice amenities and is very close to shopping and restaurants.

Access to Beach & Amenities was very convenient as well as plenty of space for our group & our personal things.

We had an amazing 7 days/nights booked at this property. The location is perfect, family friendly and very convenient! The house had everything and more! The kitchen and living room was perfect for our breakfast, lunches and dinners spent together. All the bedrooms were beautiful and spacious! The bathrooms were too! We spent most of our days out at the beach or poolside! The pool was the perfect size for our children to play and have a great time. Us adults loved it too for a quick dip after a long day in the sun! The outdoor showers was convenient to rinse off after a long day at the beach. The location of this property was perfect and convenient in regards to nearby shopping, whether at Alvin’s Island, the local Winn Dixie and food! We cooked homemade meals most evenings in the kitchen and we also stopped by the Whales Tail, Surf Hut, Starbucks and of course, some Whataburger; all which were very close by (within walking distance, if you really wanted to enjoy a nice walk). Overall, our vacation was absolutely perfect! I will say, we had trouble lighting the grill a few times, but we managed to eventually get it lit. I know there were a few days we thought about wanting to use the Golf Cart, but we were advised that it was a 7-day minimum in order to use it. I think we’d like it if we could purchase it daily, just in case we didn’t need to use it one day, etc. But again, all minor things. We enjoyed our stay at 16 sunsets and can’t wait to come back!

Everything was as advertised. The pool was just a little bit smaller than I expected but it was perfect for our two year olds to dip in. The house was beautiful and clean. We did have an issue with our hot water heater going out but maintenance was out within an hour and got it fixed. Even brought us a bottle of wine which was super nice! We'd definitely stay here again!

16 Sunsets was the PERFECT getaway for our family.....and will accommodate our growing family with new grandchildren as they come! Located within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The home was VERY clean upon arrival and is very well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The heated pool was great when the weather was cool (We stayed over New Year's). The layout is great. The beach is quiet with beautiful white sands. I can't think of even one suggestion to make this a better place to stay. Even before we left, everyone was talking about coming next year. You won't be disapointed!!

How can I describe this house other than PERFECT? I can't! This is the most amazing home and had the perfect layout for our family! It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities! Kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy, and even beach towels were provided! The staff could not have been more attentive and helpful! They were quick to resolve any questions or concerns. The pool was a great size for little ones and the access to the beach from the back gate is unbeatable! 16 Sunsets has become our home away from home and we were very blessed to be able to stay for 10 days! We will become repeat renters! Destin Dreamers is, by far, an excellent rental agency and the staff is personal and feels like family!

The house was everything we hoped for and more! The mattresses would be our only complaint and not really a complaint but they were not excellent like everything else about the house :) A few minor details were taken care of right away. We would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

The property was amazing. Clean and well appointed. It was beautiful and had everything we needed. The staff answered every request immediately. They were really great. We had plenty of room with 13 adults and children. The beach was so beautiful and clean as well. We loved our week there and will definitely go back!!!
