Lovely, clean and well equipped holiday home quite close to the marina in Ramsgate. The kitchen is a great size for family meals, with comfy chairs in the sutting room. Great showers and a lovely roll top bath. There was also plentiful hot water. We walked to Broadstairs along the beach, visited the Ramsgate tunnels, which are great and spent some time in Margate, Deal and Sandwich. There are some good places to eat in Ramsgate, we would recommend the Thia Orchid and the Modern Boulangerie for coffee and amazing cakes!!

This property was perfect for our family weekend. What a super place! very well maintained, Clean,quick response and great communication. We spent most of our time in the gorgeous kitchen, fabulous layout and beautiful decor. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we would definitely recommend.

This House is such a nice place. Every room says welcome with its lovely design. The Kids felt like home and wanted to stay forever 😅

Lovely stay, property was perfect. Great base for cycling round Kent, short walk into town for food.

We recently stayed in this lovely property for a chilled family weekend, we booked two nights stay through the VRBO app and the owner agreed almost straight away. On arrival at the property we found there was lots of available parking on the street and found checking in a breeze. The house is beautiful and was very clean, set over 3 floors with 2 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet. The decor of the property is very classy with a chic/modern feel, the kitchen is amazing and we loved the main bathroom, all decor has been done to a high standard. There were a few minor points that needed to be addressed, but nothing that can’t be put right. The T.V in the lounge wasn’t working properly, it would not connect to the internet. The rooms were quite warm and some did not have any windows to help ventilate the air flow. The door of the childrens room on the third floor was hanging off, which we thought was quite dangerous but this would be a very simple fix. Luckily we were all adults, so wasn’t too much of a problem. And in the garden, we tried to use the BBQ but it was very dirty and the gas bottle was empty. As we paid a cleaning fee we thought that this would have been attended to prior to our arrival, but like I say, this can easily be rectified for the future. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house and we would come back again, highly recommend the property, the area and owner. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The property was very well maintained and attractively decorated with quirky wallpaper and pictures everywhere. Everything you would need was provided.

Everything was perfect the house was amazing exactly like on the pictures the beach was literally 5 minutes away by car and the house has everything a family needs, will definitely visit again in future my kids loved it and so did we. Only thing I’d add is a baby feeding chair but otherwise everything was perfect
