The wisteria cottage provided the perfect setting for our beach vacation, mere steps from the stunning Gulf waters. Our mornings began with coffee on the porch, followed by evenings filled with grilled dinners after days spent enjoying the beach. We highly recommend Wisteria Cottage.

Wisteria Cottage is a beautiful, two bedroom home, with a big outdoor deck and back yard, one block from the beach. Everything from reserving, paying, arriving and checking out was seamless with ownership. They were on top of the whole process and provided check in details in advance. Away from the Spring Break madness but close enough to really good restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend.

My husband and I needed a quick getaway to the beach. This cottage was perfect for our needs. We brought our two dogs for their very first beach visit and had a wonderful time. The yard was perfect for them to run around in and very secure. The beds were very comfortable and it was the perfect place for our needs. Outside cushions need updating, otherwise complete perfection!

I took my 3 teens and 2 dogs for 4 days and had the most comfortable stay ever! Will definitely be using this spot for now on!

Wonderful home- super clean and decorated so very well. Large backyard for our small pup. We appreciated the well organized kitchen that albeit small has EVERYTHING needed- although we pretty much only used the Keurig ;) We need a last minute rental that allowed pets- so we could join our family who was in a beach front unit! Location of wisteria cottage can't be beat! We will return !

Wonderful for our family of 4 and 2 dogs, plenty of room. The fenced backyard and outdoor shower made all the difference in the world. We will never stay in a hotel/condo again. Practically on the beach...!

Wisteria Cottage! Cozy, quiet, only a short block from the beach. We love the decor! The plantation shutters along with the beach motif accents made for a serious “Beach” atmosphere. Which is so pleasant. And it was yellow flag at the beach all week! The water was perfectly clear with gentle swells, and that beautiful tropical turquoise color! It couldn’t be any better! Thank you so much for making it available to us. We really enjoyed our stay. We needed a break and this cottage made it great. Wisteria Cottage is our new favorite place. 2 bedrooms with Kingsize beds, very comfortable mattresses and clean linens. A full kitchen and comfy living room. We liked sitting at the breakfast bar in the mornings and out on the covered patio/porch with its rocking chairs and separate eating areas for coffee. There was always a nice breeze blowing so it was very comfortable and cool. The living room couch and big recliner chair for evening TV. There is plenty of seating (even though it was just 2 of us) for everyone including visitors. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans and other kitchen appliances, even your choice of single cup coffee maker or a 12 cup coffee maker. The A/C was very chill even though we left it set at the 76 degree temp it was when we arrived. And clean! We are always weary about cleanliness … This place is spotless. This place is a must for anyone looking for a little peace and quiet escape to the Beach.

Wisteria Cottage was a very cozy and close location to the beach access. Lisa & David did a very good job with the setup and decor. The outside covered porch, outside shower and large fenced yard was a plus as well. We will visit again and will suggest friends and family to visit some of their properties.

This is our first time visiting Laguna Beach; staying at one of Lisa's properties. Once I received the follow up call after my reservation, I knew we would be in good hands. The place is totally redone and feels brand new. Despite having only one bathroom, my family of four all had plenty of room and everything was very comfortable , clean and decorated beautifully. The beds are so comfortable, plenty of closet space and tons of hangers. We even had our older daughter with her husband stay 2 nights, the sleeper sofa is also very comfortable. The whole place has so much light and we loved the shutters. The backyard is huge and great for playing games and for a dog to run around. The outdoor space is fantastic, so fun with the cute lights and rocking chairs. Not to speak about the location which is just a few steps from the beach and just a bike away from a wonderful grocery store and an amazing donut shop. We will be back many times over, that's for sure. Thank you Lisa for being an amazing host, we so enjoyed our stay despite the weather.

David & Lisa are honestly the BEST!!! The Wisteria Cottage was exactly as listed. Very clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet! Easy walk to beach! I will definitely book with David & Lisa again!!

We had a fabulous stay in Wisteria Cottage. It was the perfect location between Rosemary Beach and Panama City. The cottage was an easy 300ish steps to a beautiful, uncrowded beach. Everything in the cottage was fresh and new. The decor was adorable, and the owners thought of extra little amenities such as charging stations throughout. The fenced in yard was perfect for our pups and the outdoor shower was a great addition. The lighted outdoor eating area was great for dinners outside and the extra parking was an added bonus. We will definitely be returning!

We stayed two weeks, and had a wonderful time. The cottage is perfect. It is across the street from the beautiful beach. Perfect location. The cottage is clean, with very pretty and comfortable furniture. All new. We felt right at home. But, Lisa is the sweetest person, and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again, and will recommend it to our family and friends.

This is a lovely, comfortable, small cottage. It's perfect for two or a small group. It's only a two minute walk to the beach (two houses away). It has as a great patio and a grill, both of which we used every day. It's has a huge back yard as well. You will really enjoy this home away from home. Lisa and David are awesome! We have rented from them for several years. You will not be disappointed. Will be back again!

The only thing missing was a dishwasher. (Charles got tired of doing dishes😜) It is a great house and we loved the decor! Hope to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay at David & Lisa's beach rental. The cottage was clean, lovely, convenient and relaxing. They provided all the necessities and more. I would definitely stay here again. This is our second time to rent from these owners and now we associate them with quality and top notch service!

Upon arrival, we found that we were given a 1 bedroom cottage and had requested a 2. I contacted Kendall and she and Lisa were very quick to resolve the situation. We were moved to the Wisteria Cottage. It was a little farther from the beach, but suited our needs much better. The cottage was very clean and well maintained. The private house, though farther from the beach with no balcony, was much better for us. There was no elevator to wait on, no loud neighbors, and parking wasn't a problem. I enjoyed having a private laundry room and was able to keep the towels and swimsuits washed and even brought most of our laundry home clean. The kitchen was very well supplied (FYI no ice maker or dishwasher). There were places to eat nearby, but this cottage is on the quiet end of Panama City Beach, making it a great choice. We drove to the other end to eat a few nights and traffic was a nightmare. The beach near Wisteria wasn't crowded nor were the streets. I would recommend this cottage and Lisa and her partners were easy to work with and on top of any issues that arose. Thanks for a great week!

Wisteria Cottage was precisely what we were looking for. The location was phenomenal & away from all the dense crowds from Rosemary & Panama City Pier area. Access to the beach was the best we have experienced in our yearly Florida visits. Literally 2 minutes away from the nearest public beach access. We were all very appreciative of every detail throughout the cottage. Our family of 4 felt very comfortable with the accommodations & having a patio, grilling area & and outdoor sitting area added a lot more value to our experience. We also brought our two medium size doodles & the backyard was an absolutely perfect for them! We cannot wait to go back next year. This property checked off all the boxes for every single member of the family. Absolutely worth every penny! Thank you for hosting us! God Bless

We never wanted to leave this cottage. This cottage was beautifully decorated inside and outside and was stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed grilling in the covered outside area and the fenced in backyard. The beds were so comfortable! Beds can make or break your vacation. It’s hard to enjoy your trip if you can’t rest comfortably. Also, the walk to the beach was very easy. Honestly, I’ve had longer walks to the beach from gulf front condos. We can’t wait to come back to the Wisteria Cottage.

We absolutely LOVED this house! The decor is perfect. The lawn and outdoor covered porch is perfect. Super close to the uncrowded beach on a quiet street in Laguna Beach. Well supplied with everything you need for a perfect beach visit.
