We did not spend a lot of time at the house but the little time we did was wonderful! Nothing like sipping coffee on the back deck and watching a family of javelinas running down below across the yard. Good location, clean and quiet. Perfect for a friends reunion. Magnificent views!

We had a fun reunion with some close friends here in May. The two outdoor decks were amazing. The upper one was where we would have coffee in the morning, and the lower one was where we had wine (around the fire table) at night. We also found the upstairs living room to be super comfy with reclining leather chairs and couch. Stores and restaurants are nearby and all the online photos are accurate. Karen was a great host, who sent us timely information and was easy to reach. We highly recommend this place, and would definitely stay here if we're in Sedona again.

We Loved It !!
Before we ever stepped into Eagles Nest the owners were so kind to send info about Sedona !! The communication five months before our trip was awesome. The house and location are true Sedona !! The views from every widows and the wrap around decks are true to pics! The home has it all !
The location is a 3 minute drive down a quite street to your Sedona experience. We loved that the deer and javelina would just stroll by the back decks every evening as we were heading to dinner ! We are spreading the word to our friends and family !!

The house was in a great location and nicely appointed. My college roommate and I were traveling and enjoyed each having our own master bed and bath. The views from the deck are spectacular.

House is lovely and spacious with a nice open kitchen / dining room, great for family meals. Two master-size bedrooms & full baths and living room w/ large TV were great. (Whole other sitting/TV area downstairs too.) TV was streaming-based, glad we had a Netflix account. Hosts replied quickly to our text to help us find the baseball playoffs on YouTube TV, thank you ! Best was the balcony seating with the awesome view of the Sedona red rocks and starry skies. House is in a quiet neighborhood within a short ride of town, restaurants, shops, etc. So glad we chose it !

We had a wonderful 12 days in the Sedona area with a son, daughter-in-law and three grandsons. The house was perfect for us. The spaces worked very well. Location excellent. Most importantly, the views were spectacular. We spent most evenings sitting on the deck watching the reflection of the sunset off the red rocks and the heavens appear. We enjoyed staying in this house and would recommend it highly.

This house was the perfect spot for our trip to Sedona. Excellent views for enjoying morning coffee and evening wine on the decks — saw several deer and javelina mosey through the yard. The small touches/amenities throughout the house really made it top tier. There was a small maintenance issue—the owners were immediately available with great communication, and it was addressed promptly with no great impact on our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely time in this Sedona gem. Peaceful and clean, with breathtaking views. Perfect for our family stay. Kids loved the air hockey and bunk beds. We enjoyed star gazing at night and the dazzling changing color of the surrounding geological features. We will definitely book again! Mahalo nui loa!

Terrific week getaway to Uptown Sedona! The location of this property is terrific: breathtaking views of Red Rocks plus walkable to hiking trails and uptown Sedona shopping, restaurants, etc. Great communication with the hosts and seamless process.
Highly recommend for families or larger parties.

This home is modern, clean, beautiful and located in an area with a great view over the mountains. Deer come visit in the back yard daily, the owners have care and consideration and even had a Christmas tree decoration in place for us. It was perfect for us! Thank you!

We loved the property. It really felt like home for our 6 day stay in Sedona. We had several meals here and enjoyed our morning coffee out on the deck with incredible views. It also felt very private. The javelinas and deer made it feel like we were in the wild and provided a little excitement. Three of us were over 65 and two were 20 somethings (my son and his girlfriend) and the accommodations allowed for some privacy between the two groups. Two bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs. It made for a memorable trip.

We loved this property and Sedona. Great location to downtown and restaurants, easy drive to the top hikes, and the nightly javelina parade was icing on the cake. Super easy rental process and communication was excellent.

I don't know what was better, the views, the home, or the owner's communication. I was hosting my Mom & Godmother visiting from Iowa so I wanted something special...and it was! The home was spotless and well appointed, close to downtown Sedona with tons of patio and deck seating with stunning views to boot! We had an amazing time, I highly recommend this property!

This home and the view is amazing! The views from the home are absolutely gorgeous. The home is very clean with modern decor and comfortable bedding. Plenty of room for everyone. Great location in Sedona tucked away in natural surroundings. We enjoyed a visit from javelinas on our last day of the trip. Highly recommend this home for anyone traveling to Sedona! We hope to be back!

Best vacation!
The house and views are stunning! The pictures don’t do it justice! Everything we could have needed was available! The property owners were easy to get ahold of when we checked in and had a few questions as well. The wildlife in the mornings and evenings added some fun and excitement too! Best vacation home we have rented and will defiantly be back!!

Perfect!!
This place has absolutely everything you could think of. The house is amazing, the views are incredible and the hosts went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Wildlife came up to the house in the mornings and evenings, deer quail and javelina. You can walk out the back door and hike from the house. You will not be disappointed- everything about this property will exceed your expectations. We absolutely loved our stay here❤️

1. Exquisite views to N and E from this high site from both levels of house and from two nice decks. Superb location.
2. House is very nice, fresh, well appointed. Separation of upper level and lower level a nice feature for 2nd family/couple in house. Comfortable for four adults and two kids.
3. Hosts superb, all the nice little touches that make a great vacation stay. Attentive and responsive. Great hosts.

Great house and great views!
We had a great time in Sedona. We absolutely enjoyed the house. The location was great and we had some incredible views. George and Katie are great hosts and had stocked the house with everything that we needed. We highly recommend this house to anyone planning to visit Sedona. We plan to come back soon and hope to stay here again if the house is available.
