We really enjoyed our stay at The Canopy! Home is clean, comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen has everything you need plus some extras. It has plenty of room and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck. If we come back to this area, would happily stay here again.

Our family loved The Canopy house! We all three of us were constantly saying how wonderful every space indoors and outdoors were! It was very cozy and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and we all slept well. The outdoor spaces were where I spent day time hours when at the house! The front porch was my favorite place for morning coffee as I thoroughly enjoyed the cool temps and listening to the birds! I would definitely stay there again!

We loved staying in this house for a long weekend to attend a wedding. We were most impressed with the sleeping arrangements. It’s not everyday you find a VRBO house with amazing beds/mattresses! We slept great at this house! The kitchen was stocked with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. My daughter left her beloved stuffy behind and the host mailed it to us ASAP. We are so grateful! 10 out of 10 recommend; we would 100% stay here again.

This host has thought of everything! From the kitchen to the baths, so well-appointed and so clean. Felt like home as soon as we walked in the door. We found the setting to be peaceful as we sat outside in the evenings on either the deck or the screened porch. Also, the host is very responsive and friendly. Would definitely consider staying again next time we are in the area. Beautiful!

We really loved this place! It's in a perfect spot to springboard into any place in Northern GA or WNC withing 2 hours.
I loves the uniqueness of having to travel into NC to get to a town in GA! And not to mention there's a giant waterfall 5 min from the house!
The master bed is probably the most comfortable bed I've slept on in any VRBO! Check in and check out is a breeze as well!

Wonderful property with fabulous views and the location was perfect to visit surrounding towns and hiking areas. Our host had timely communication and was accommodating for our concerns (weather related). Spacious house with all the comforts of home.

3 mom's (80+) with their daughters/daughter-in-laws came for the weekend and had a fabulous time! Check in and check out process was so easy that I kept reviewing it to see if I was missing something LOL. Plenty of space for our group of 9. Best part of our stay was the zip lining/ giant swing... so many laughs. The drive up to Franklin NC is a must - lots of beautiful scenery, including waterfalls. Response time when reaching out to Marilyn couldn't have been better. Great time!!

We were in town for a wedding at The Vineyard at High Holly. The Canopy had everything we needed and more! Due to the busy timeline of a wedding weekend, we regretfully did not have much time to use all that The Canopy had to offer us. We enjoyed our time and definitely want to come back when we have more time to spend in the home and explore the surrounding areas. The Canopy was just as all of the pictures showed and other reviews insisted. Beautiful, clean, and a convenient location.

The canopy offered everything you could imagine. It was the perfect place for a long weekend away. The hosts were communicative and alleviated any stresses by being so accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Great property and location. Very well equipped and clean. Great amenities, screened porch and fire pit that we used for dinners and spent each night around the fire pit. We were 10 miles from Highlands NC and Clayton Ga. The owner was responsive when we contacted her.

We can't put into words how amazing this property was for our group. The hosts (Marilyn and Rita) were simply wonderful. The kitchen was a dream to cook in, gazebo was great place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a late night cocktail, the front and back porches were great for conversations and lots of laughter. We will be booking again!!

We wanted to beat the heat and came to the mountains for a few days. This place is beautifully appointed, well stocked, and centrally located for summer mountain activities. We had a couple days of rain and the porch provided a great reading location. We loved our time here.

We enjoyed the home tucked away in the mountains and had easy access to several hiking trails. The sauna was great at the end of a long hike. Beautifully appointed home and great attention to details. Enjoyed all the area and this home had to offer. Spacious and warm.

Breathtaking ranch home in an excellent location between Clayton and Highlands! The home is gorgeous and comfortable and the amenities are excellent. Close to shopping, restaurants, wineries, and be sure to go to Julep Farms! Owner is highly

Property is pretty much what you see in the listing pictures. We were unable to stay due to a double booking blender but since our party didn’t come from far we just decided not to complicate it for the other party involved. The property owner offered us an option to stay in a different house but it didn’t fit what we were looking for. Because I really liked what i did see of the house we decided to give it another shot in the future and the owner agreed to make special discount arrangements for our inconvenience.

This house was absolutely stunning. They had everything you needed and I felt very comfortable. The owners were great with communicating to us important information we needed as well. I would recommend for future visitors to make sure you have a higher car because the incline of the driveway as well as other places around the area are tricky and can scratch your car if it is a low car. I will be recommending this location to all my family and friends as a beautiful and peaceful getaway!

We had the absolute BEST time. The house is lovely and cozy and beautiful and perfect! We rested, talked, and enjoyed each other’s company in the beautiful mountains and the weather was perfect! Marilyn is the epitome of a kind, gracious host and had every tiny detail perfect when we arrived. She was attentive and sweet even with some random things we needed with the timing of our coming and going, we will be back!

This property gives you a lot of privacy. Lovely home and very clean with most everything you could wish for. Highlands, NC is an easy drive away and would highly recommend the Dillard House Restuarant if staying there.

I have stayed in several VRBOs but this was the best experience and house I have ever stayed out. Gorgeous property. Gorgeous rooms and decor. Very clean and sanitized. The host Marilyn was always available for questions or suggestions during our daily communication. The pictures are fantastic and when you get to the property it will even impress you more. The grill was fantastic. We ate in every night with 7 girls for a bachelorette party and had so much room and space. I had the BEST experience staying here. I will be coming back.

Mother Daughter weekend
What a great home!! Tucked in the mountains and very spacious, this house is beautifully decorated and comes with anything you might need! We spent most of our time in Highlands (15-20 min pretty drive), but wished we had more time to stay around the house and hike! Hope to come back and stay in the fall to see the leaves!!

It was fantastic! Everything was just as advertised in literature.. The house was beautiful and well stocked with the supplies needed for our stay. The only thing I wish it had was a third bathroom but we made out ok. I would stay here again and again......

Amazing getaway in Sky Valley!
We had a wonderful stay at the canopy! Everything was nice and clean, the hosts were very accommodating, and the home offered plenty to do for a family of 6. Not to mention, it’s a short and scenic drive to places like the Highlands and other local attractions.
I’ll definitely look this place up if we’re ever back in the area!
