My friends and I had a fabulous stay at Sedona Breeze! The house was perfect for us... It was well stocked to enjoy making meals in, the heated pool/hot tub was perfect, and the location amazing. It was extremely clean, the towels and robes were great. It was an easy drive to all the hikes and close to town for some amazing meals out. I would 100% stay at Sedona Breeze again. All communications were clear and the team was quick to reply and helpful.

We had an amazing stay at this property. It is just as shown in the pictures and just as described - what you see is exactly what you get, including that amazing view of the mountains. The property management team is excellent and addressed an issue we were having extremely quickly. House was very well equipped and cared for with everything needed for a seamless stay and very clean. Don't hesitate for a minute booking here if you are coming to Sedona!

Beautiful secluded spacious home with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing home away from home. We were sad to leave and my daughter wished she could pick the home up and take it with us.

This was a beautiful home with beautiful scenery. When we had questions we were able to reach someone right away and they answered everything quickly.

My husband and I rented the house for 6 days in early November. House was incredibly clean. Most things were in working condition…coffee maker could use to be replaced. Very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable furniture and beds. Pool was very nice in the evenings after hiking all day. Incredible views. Would definitely rent again!

We go to Sedona every Year for our wedding Anniversary and the house we have been going to was sold so we found this house and boy was it a blessing ..This house was wonderful clean located in the nicest neighborhood and it was fantastic..We will be going there again next year and many more.If you need a house to stay in Sedona look at this one and hope its free because its a winner....

This property was spectacular in every aspect. It was our first trip to Sedona, and staying at this property, enhanced it all the more! The view of the mountain range from the living quarters, and the back patio were nothing short of amazing. The outdoor fireplaces and pool made evenings a memory to cherish. I would give this property, the highest recommendation possible, and we hope to stay here again on return visits to Sedona.

Beautiful location and accommodation!

The home was exactly as described. It was a great location central to all we wanted to do. Loved coming home for a cooling dip in the pool after a day of adventures.

If you want luxury combined with beautiful views and a superb location then the Sedona Breeze is for you! The Spool, once we got it to Jacuzzi temps was a perfect way to end the day. The only negative thing I can say was VRBO says it’s 50$ a day to heat. We wanted it for our last 2 nights and when I got the bill it was 150$. I called and asked why and was told it was standard to charge an extra day since it takes 24hrs to heat. I do believe that should be disclosed up front. 😡. Other than that it was a dream vacation and if possible, I will be back, this time with family ❤️

This was a wonderful property! There were 4 of us in my party. My wife and 2 teenage daughters. Everyone was thrilled. The sights and the area are outstanding!!!!! There were a couple little hiccups, but a quick call to the management company and things got handled right away!!!! The pillows are a little…. Tall, but outside of that, this was glorious!!!! I cannot express my joy at the memory or my desire to return! Thank you!

Lovely property, really enjoyed having the plunge pool in July! Location is perfect for West Sedona hikes- Boynton, Doe Mesa, Devil's Bridge, etc.

Great stay!! The bathroom on main floor wasn’t working well but other then that it was great.

Absolutely perfect place for what we wanted. Pool was great after hiking all day, it was somewhat secluded and quiet - beautiful home!!

Quiet neighborhood close to everything we had planned. The gas fireplace was a plus on the cooler winter days we were there. View out the back of the house was great!

We loved this house! It was clean, comfortable and fit our needs as a family. The teenagers were upstairs and my husband and I were in the bedroom downstairs. We cooked quite a bit and used the grill which was nice. One night we door dashed popcorn from the local Harkins for movie night! The location was ideal for us because it was out of the crowded tourist areas, but still short drive into town and the fun hiking trails. We also hiked the Schuerman Trailhead across 89A by Red Rock high school and we were the only ones on the trail which was nice. It’s 5 minutes from the house and you don’t need a parking pass, but the host generously provides one. Communication from the host was amazing and we did not have any questions because they were so thorough! We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the property. The lower level was amazing. However, the upper levels could benefit from some lighting upgrades and maybe a mirror or two. Bottom line, it's a gorgeous home.

Lovely time visiting red rocks, eating at amazing restaurants and relaxing at this beautiful home/retreat.

The property was perfect and exactly as advertised. All the amenities we needed were available and it’s relatively close to town and grocery store.

The home exceeded expectations. It was close to everything I would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful yet convenient to the heart of Sedona. We enjoyed the property and its amenities. Family of 4 with 2 teens found plenty of beautiful hikes and swimming spots around Sedona as well as great food and shopping. The house was a relaxing place to return to after full days of adventure. The small pool was wonderful and didn’t need heating in the middle of June. Upstairs balcony had wonderful views. The property had everything we needed. The hosts responded very quickly to our questions. Suggestions for activities and restaurants were all spot on! Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.
