This is a lovely home in a wonderful location. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The views are outstanding. We'd love to visit again.

Great location close to fun trip highlights and the house was stocked with kid toys, bird books and everything needed!

4 birders stayed in this lovely home for 3 days over our teacher-daughter's spring break, along with her roomie, also a teacher. The house was expensive for us, but we were driving from Seattle to Pt Reyes and wanted a 3-night break from motels both ways. This property did not disappoint. Comfortable, private, and with a view of an estuary, we truly enjoyed this home. Centrally located for various spots on Pt Reyes, and close to a fabulous, small store-deli at Inverness Park, we were able to eat breakfast and dinner at "home," with great lunch-sandwiches from the store. We would definitely recommend this home to family groups. Our "shortest" member was able to sleep in the child's room in a small bed, though she did not use the toys! This room would be great for a child or grandchild, though. We loved the house!

A well stocked home with comfy bed beds, beautiful views, centrally located to Point Reyes National park, and Point Reyes station with great hiking and kayaking opportunities.

The house is gorgeous with a stunning view of the estuary. Kitchen was well equipped and we cooked most of our meals there. Overall we had a great time. Highly recommend!

I usually do not like to rent other people's homes for short stays. They can have too many personal items or are not clean enough. This home exceded my hopes and expectations in cleanliness, view, kitchen set up, ease of use and enjoyment. Douglas is an excellent host and communicator. Can't wait to go back!

We've Stayed in the Inverness area more than 10 times. This house has been one of our favorites and we will return. It was clean, light and airy with everything we needed for our comfort. Outside seating on a deck with a stunning view for coffee in the morning and just lingering. It was also protected from the wind and very sunny. Inverness can be windy. The owner was hospitable, communicative and generous. A large house that would be great for families. Good lighting, we like to read, so that is a must for us.
