My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was 5 stars and then some. We actually met the owner/manager and he was very helpful in recommending restaurants and checked in on us a few times during our stay. Definitely will look to stay here again on future visits to Chattanooga.

Loved staying in this home for our quick weekend trip to Chattanooga. The home was exceptionally clean and felt warm and inviting. The kids had so much fun with the arcade machine and the adults enjoyed the porch and the views. We were able to walk to some restaurants nearby as well as the park. Would love to stay again in the future.

We took a short family getaway to do all kids things with our toddler. Location could not be more perfect, 1-2 minutes to Publix and several excellent restaurants (taco mamacita and milk & honey) , 4 minutes to downtown including the aquarium and childrens museum. Close proximity to everything allowed us to do activities all day and make it to/from the house for nap time without spending a lot of time in the car. The house was clean, spacious, and well accommodated with many extras other rentals don’t usually leave like extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent, some snacks, many herbs/spices if you wanted to cook one day in. They even had a baby gate available that we could use so we didn’t have to worry about the stairs. Would stay here again without question!

It was a perfect spot for a family with two small children. Clean, spacious, and easy to check in. Convenient to downtown and a grocery store just down the street. Will definitely consider staying there again.

Beautiful well equipped home

We thoroughly enjoyed our week’s stay at this lovely, modern home in Chattanooga! The house is super clean and very comfortable. The host graciously left water and snacks for our arrival, which we appreciated. We enjoyed the home’s having three separate bedrooms and three full-sized bathrooms, and its having a washer and a dryer made our stay even better. The kitchen is very nice, too. We used the appliances, and they all worked well. We had no issues with anything’s not working. The beds are comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. We have no complaints. Our host made check in and check out very simple. He also was helpful to offer suggestions for dining and hiking in the area. Our favorite restaurant by far is Frazier Five and Dime; everything there is delicious and unique. Very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Great back yard balconies! We didn’t use the outdoor grill or gas-flame pit, but they appear to be in good condition. We loved that there are wonderful state parks close enough to Chattanooga for amazing day trips, where we enjoyed hiking to beautiful waterfalls. Coolidge Park is also fun and within walking distance if you enjoy stretching your legs a bit. You won’t regret staying here!

I am a frequent guest on VRBO and this was the most splendid property I've ever rented. Not only is everything new and clean, the manager stocked it completely with everything we could ever need. The arcade game was a nice benefit. Pramod was so nice and touched base with us after check in to make sure we were happy. He also gave us recommendations about restaurants nearby. Location was perfect for access the major tourist sites. We would stay there again. *Please note, the master and other king bedroom are not on the main floor but down a small flight of stairs. Our 3 kids slept upstairs on the main level. This was not an issue for us. However, guests who have mobility issues or parents that need to be close to the kid's room may want to take that into consideration. Thank you for letting us stay in this lovely property.

We found the house to be as described in the listing. Was comfortable and room enough for our family of 6 adults and 1 toddler. Easy check in, very clean, location close to (and walkable to) many restaurants, Publix and riverfront. Kitchen was stocked with any type of utensil, pots, pans, appliances you would need. The owner was quick to respond to any question and was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and activites. I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

House feels brand new and had great amenities. Very comfortable and extremely well stocked. The location is super for restaurants and activities. The north shore is a high end neighborhood with great restaurants and super easy and short access to downtown. 5 minutes to the aquarium, Miller Park, Walnut street walking bridge, etc. Special shoutout to the host who was extremely helpful and responsive throughout. We had a great stay.

Beautiful home!! Fast & Easy check in.

We booked this home for a long weekend with family in Chattanooga. The house is amazing. The owner was nice enough to let us in early since we flew in Friday morning. Upon arrival, everything was spotless. We have stayed in many, many vacation rental homes and condos and this was one of cleanest we have ever stayed in. You will want for nothing. Beds comfortable. A large sectional big enough for all of family. The deck looking out to the mountains was awesome and we were out there quite a bit enjoying the weather and the view. The house is close to everything. A short walk to Publix (grocery store), coffee shop (Milk and Honey) and places to eat. It is a short drive over the bridge to aquarium and children museum. We probably could of walked every place we wanted to go, but I broke my foot 6 weeks back and was still on a knee scooter and crutches. The owner was so helpful with plenty of suggestions with food and things to do. We enjoyed the food that he recommended. I would not hesitate to stay here again! Book it, you won’t regret it!!

We had a great weekend stay at this Northshore house. The house was exceptionally clean and well thought out. The hillside location and back porch was a great place to view the city and the surrounding hills, whether with coffee in the morning, or as the sun set. We were walkable to restaurants, stores and galleries. Great location, and great property!

lovely, well appointed house

I messaged Pramod on a Thursday evening asking to check-in early the following Saturday, and he went above and beyond to accommodate us! We were driving up for an all-day zoo and aquarium trip and desperately needed somewhere for naps to take place. Pramod and his wife really helped to make our last-minute trip happen without meltdowns :). The space was perfect for my husband and I, our 2 toddlers, and my husband's parents for the day/night. The furniture was quality, tasteful, clean, and fit-the-space well. We could easily walk to the bridge, Milk & Honey, etc. Northside is where it's at! I highly recommend staying with this host and would definitely stay here or in their other properties in the future. Thanks!

The house is lovely, very comfortable, very clean. Pramod was a wonderful host. Lots of very thoughtful touches throughout. Balcony has a great view; we spent a lot of time sitting outside. Location is terrific; quiet but still close to good shopping and restaurants. It is pretty hilly, so although the distances are short to shopping, be prepared for a bit of a workout if you like to walk. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Extremely nice home, very contemporary, well appointed, great location, terrific host, communicated well, very friendly, they didn't skimp on anything in the home. We will re-book the next time we are in Chattanooga. You can't 2/3 nice hotel rooms for a week for the same price and this home is nicer... 5 stars, 10 out of 10, look no further. Would recommend for any family with kids. Easy access to downtown and publix was just a short walk away. Will definitely stay here again when we visit the area.

The location is very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and local parks. The house itself is better than advertised which was a nice change from my previous experiences. The owners communication was excellent in all regards. I will definitely stay here again when in Chattanooga.

The house was spotless and a great setup for our family. The family enjoyed being gathered together in the living room doing a puzzle and watching Christmas movies at night. The house is close to downtown for food but far enough away that you don’t have downtown traffic right outside your window. The owner is super friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this place and would stay here again if we get to make another trip like this!

The owners of this property are very hospitable and have really perfected the short term rental stay. The check in was simple. The host was helpful with any questions. The property was well stocked and included some fun treats. Also, super clean! As a short term renter, I cannot think of anything that could have been better. Highly recommended!
