We had a great stay. The house worked out wonderful! the pool is just right. Location was ideal and peaceful. Definitely look into renting this property again in the future!

Well maintained house and grounds with particularly large and comfortable outdoor living spaces, both on the ground level and the floor above it. The few glitches we had (a broken garbage disposal and barbecue) were fixed the day after we called about these problems.

It was a very nice house! It was very clean on arrival. It is actually is bigger than the pictures make it seem.. There were lots of amenities very close. The area was very easy to navigate.. The neighbor was super friendly and had plenty of inside information on the best restaurants..

The property is perfect for a family vacation. The management is very responsive. Our AC broke during a holiday weekend and they had someone come and fix it within a couple of hours! The pool was great as well. The house is pretty close to a great beach, Barefoot Beach that we highly recommend. Overall we had a great time!

One of the best family houses we have ever stayed. Large accommodations so all family members had their own areas. Outside areas with the pool, bar area and eating areas were spectacular. The inside was very nice, but the furniture could use some upgrading. We will be back to this great vacation spot.

My husband and I rented this lovely home with dear friends. My only complaint was that my vacation wasn't long enough! I contacted the itrip company via text because the storm door to the downstairs didn't have an actuator causing it to swing open with the wind. A technician came to the house the following day and made the repair. Our favorite hangout was the lanai with a completely screened pool and patio. The pool was a welcome retreat as the temperatures rose. In the evening it was nice to sit outside and not have to worry about any bugs. The ceiling fans kept us nice and cool. Thank you for a wonderful week! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a vacation rental in SW Florida!

This place is amazing! Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the day. A great house and pool with tons of space and privacy! The house is lovely and very clean. It was a great place to vacation and we will definitely be back. The owner and website made it easy and seemless to book the house and they provided all the information we needed to make our time flow smoothly. You need to see this place! You will not be disappointed!

Spent time with family at this lovely rental. The home has everything you need. Ample storage for your groceries and all the tools needed to cook your own meals. However, we had at least one meal a day at the many dining options in the area. We started everyday with a morning walk into the quaint town of Bonita Springs. You have access to a wonderful walking/bike path just across the street. We found our way to the Bonita coffee and wine bistro (amazing avocado toast) and for Sunday brunch we walked into the town to try Survey Cafe. It was another great find with an outdoor patio and music around 10 am. You do need to get there early to avoid lines. You can also rent kayak’s in downtown Bonita Springs or visit The Wonder Gardens. There is also a spa, called Shangri La that we didn’t have time to enjoy. We just walked their grounds. We also took a day to drive into Estero (10 mins) to walk around Coconut Point Mall. It is an outdoor mall and very large. We enjoyed an amazing early dinner at Divieto Ristorante (reservations recommended). They offer a fettuccine dish that they make at the table in a huge wheel of cheese. I think it is a must try. We were visiting during spring break and decided to stay away from the crowds of the beach as the outdoor area at the home with the pool was so much fun and relaxing. We didn’t use the downstairs living quarters for sleeping, but it was so convenient to keep beverages in the refrigerator and to have a bathroom close by. We did drive down to a spot close to the beach for lunch called Coconut Jacks. It’s a fun atmosphere and has water views. So, drive to the beach is about 10 mins and there are beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella, if you choose to go. There really is so much to do in this area that you won’t get bored if you are adventurous. For those that prefer to recharge by lounging by the pool all day and then finding your way to an amazing evening dinner, you will find that here as well!

Great Place! House is absolutely beautiful and comfortable! Heated pool was amazing ! We hardly left the house Cooked all the meals at home and enjoyed the pool! Only hard part was the curtains in bedroom did not have darkening shades but not a deal breaker by any means!! Absolutely gorgeous home! Would visit again!! Thank you!

Extended weekend getaway, house was great and as described. Location is close to everything. We enjoyed it!

On our recent stay in Bonita Springs, we had the perfect rental! We were close to anything and everything we wanted to do, and the bonus of a screened in pool to just relax at the house if we didn’t want to go out. The house- by far one of the best places we have stayed. It was clean and we had everything we needed to feel at home. There are all the tools and utensils if you want to cook a meal in, which isn’t always the case in other rentals. Furniture is all comfortable as well. The office space was very nice to have (I did a bit of remote work while visiting) and internet worked great. Pool area- this was our favorite place to hang! There is plenty of outdoor furniture all in the screened in area. The pool is cute and perfect size to relax in. Neighborhood- all neighbors were quiet (we wouldn’t have known they were there), so it was very relaxing and quiet. Local eats- there are so many great places to eat that you can take a less than 10 minute Uber/lyft to or order in with delivery. Enzos, Roys, Coconut Jacks, DeRomo’s were our favorites for lunch/dinner. Breakfast spots we liked were downstown coffee and wine co, survey cafe, and bonita brunch.
