We've stayed in this complex a few times now, and this unit had the best view and all of the items we needed for our home away from home. It was close to the elevator and stairs which was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was described. Very well stocked with extras we needed for beach. Would stay again.

Very impress with condo . Will come back

Overall, this property is exactly what is advertised. Ocean view, beach access, pool, and hot tub. Very comfortable beds and overall clean property. However, the communication, arrival instructions, and property management was not great. We got into Cocoa Beach at 12:30am and the only code provided did nothing. I was not sent instructions on how to access the property prior to my arrival. It left my family stranded with no access to a place to stay. I called and texted the phone number provided for the property a few times before getting the owner of the company that manages the property. He told me the code I was given was for a box at his realty company to pick up an envelope in order to access the property. This was 4 miles from the property. When we got there, and opened the box, there was nothing in it! No envelope, instructions, or keys. By this time it was 1am. I called the owner back and he had to come to the office to see if there were keys for me inside. 45 minutes later he arrived and had to find the keys for the property and said he hoped it was clean and ready. At this point it was almost 2am. When we got to the property the elevator code I was given didn’t work, I was able to take the stairs and luckily the property was clean. We were able to get the kids in bed by 2:15am and the debacle was over (luckily we got an elevator code from a friendly resident the next day and the manager did message me the correct code later in the day).

This condo was very nice! It had so many amenities to make our stay easier and enjoyable. I would stay here again if we come back to Cocoa Beach!
