Our family enjoyed the size of the house, enough space to spread out. We ate meals on the patio and my kids loved they even had their own. Kitchen are was nice and had everything we needed.
Not walkable to downtown Saugatuck but we knew that when booking. The city doesn’t have streets with sidewalks that are easily accessible from the property. However, you can always book a ride on the Interurban bus to pick upu up!

Our family of six adults and two small children checked into the "Tree house" an hour early. Our host was wonderfully accommodating. My three year old grandson gave the house its nickname. The house is beautiful. The view is so fabulous. You feel like you're in a forest or....up in a tree house. The location is close to everything we did in Saugatuck. It's close to Oval Beach and the Saugatuck Dunes Rides (which we loved!)!! The home was clean and and the special "touches" by the host were very appreciated. We highly recommend this rental and would love to return!

Wonderful! Beautiful home that is perfect for a group of friends or a couple of families. The decks & screened in porches provide great areas to relax with a glass of wine. Short walk to shopping & restaurants or catch the Interurban for door to door service! The property manager is easy to work with and responds quickly. We can’t wait to go back!

This was a great house for our girls' weekend getaway. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out with two separate living areas and lots of deck space. Beautifully decorated. Would book again. Easy pickup/drop-off for evening outings with the InterUrban service.

Our group of 7 loved everything about our stay. The property was nicely decorated, comfortable and very well appointed. It was located very close to town making it a quick drive in and we even even walked a few times. We would definitely return!

Miniature 10 year high school reunion. Perfect for reconnecting and enjoying the best of what Saugatcuk has to offer. Property manager left the place clean and with clear easy check in/out instructions.

Beautifully appointed, comfortable furniture and beds for 3 generations during wedding weekend. Main floor worked well for octogeniarians with 20 somethings & 50y.olds downstairs.

This is SUCH a cute property! The location was amazing… so close to downtown Saugatuck. We didn’t cook much at the house, but we did notice there weren’t many pots and pans and the 2 nonstick pans that were there were pretty scratched up. Other than that… great location, super clean house, comfy beds, and nicely decorated! We would definitely stay here again.

Rachel is a great host and the house is even better! It's super spacious, modern and plenty of outdoor balconies and decks. You are so close to downtown Saugatuck as well.
Rachel surprised us with a welcome bottle of wine for our wedding weekend. I highly recommend this place!

This is a wonderful property - one of the best I’ve ever rented! Clean, well decorated, well stocked and very livable. There are multiple places in this house to socialize and to get away. If we come back to the area this is where we’ll stay.

This place is beautiful, clean, fully stocked (including coffee and tea bar, welcome basket with snacks and wine) and steps away from downtown Saugatuck. We had a great weekend planned around the Fenn Valley Winery 5K trail run. The lovely Oval Beach is around the corner. There is a one dollar shuttle to take you around town. Weather was perfect!

Would highly recommend staying here! Such a great house and ideally located close to downtown Saugatuck, Douglas, and beautiful beaches. The decks on this home are like none I have ever seen. So stunning! The home was well stocked with anything you could need from towels to Tupperware. Even had some toys and books for my 2 year old daughter. Great home for sharing with friends with a full bathroom on both levels. Neighborhood is very quiet! Can’t say enough about how awesome this property is!!

Beautiful quiet spot, a 10-minute walk into Saugatuck
(across A-2). Relaxed and just spent time with extended family on the sun-speckled elevated deck. Probably even more scenic in the fall. Well-built home . Quiet neighborhood.
Open, spacious great room , kitchen .Lower level rooms good for family with children, just as described in listing. ( Might want to pack warm pj's for the little ones)

This home is everything it says and more!! Very well appointed, very new linens, kitchen appliances and spectacular decor. Comfortable for a group of adults. Close to all that Saugatuck and Douglas offer.

This is our 5th year staying in a VRBO in Saugatuck and Rachel’s house is one of our favorites. When you first enter, you walk into a very clean and welcome house. Rachel had a snack basket and bottle of wine waiting, which was so kind. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. It’s set up so well for multiple families that want to be together but also retreat and relax in their own space. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast in the mornings on the upstairs patio and loved listening to the rainstorms in the screened-in porch. Rachel was communicative and left great instructions on the house and places to go. The location was also excellent and 2 minutes to town & 5 minutes to the beach. Thank you for hosting us! 5 stars!

Beautiful, clean, felt brand new , lots of extras (like a Keurig with pods, basket of snacks), beautifully decorated. Since no one was checking in they let us check out a little later. Great and easy communication with owner. Great book on the local area.

Rachel is the quintessential hostess. Do not hesitate! If you are looking for a touch of heaven on earth, look no further. The home is cozy, pristine, and charming. Every detail was taken into consideration such as beach towels, pots, plates, utensils, a comfortable environment with screened in porches on the lower and upper levels, a beautiful deck. The list of amenities is endless. If you rent this property, plan a day where you enjoy the home. The property is only a 10 minute drive to the beach where you will enjoy amazing sunsets. If you have any issues, Rachel is very attentive in resolving them.

We absolutely loved the house in every way! The interior was so cozy and comfortable, the deck was such a nice space, and the bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds! The kitchen had everything we needed to make food. We all kept commenting about how much we loved the place and how we would all love to come back!
