A beautiful Georgian house in a wonderful countryside setting. A comfortable, spacious bedroom and lovely en suite bathroom. Super hospitality and breakfast that would be hard to beat!

Absolument tout ! Si on pouvait mettre 11 sur 10 , nous le ferions! Ce bed and breakfast était encore mieux que ce que l'on imaginait. Située dans une immense propriété, au milieu des champs où broutent des moutons, la maison date de 1810 . Les chambres ont été rénovées avec goût, et comportent en plus de la chambre immense , une salle de bain tout aussi grande et équipée de manière moderne. Le lit était très confortable. Le style ancien a été préservé avec une décoration soignée, on s'attendrait presque à voir arriver un Lord dans le magnifique salon bleu et à voir passer une chasse à courre devant nos fenêtres. Jean est une hôtesse très avenante, prévenante. Le petit déjeuner était à la hauteur, c'est à dire fabuleux lui aussi.

Absolutely everything: a delightfully chatty hostess (who by happy coincidence met us on horseback :D), a brand new room with plush cream carpet, excellent breakfast and sitting rooms, where we were served a welcome tea. Complete peace and quiet, a herd of cow in front of the house. We were travelling for a week, changing hotels each night - this was a definite highlight.

It was an amazing old manor house that was in a beautiful country setting. The host was very friendly and informative. It was good old fashioned hospitality with an excellent breakfast.

Perfect introduction to our stay in Ireland. This is a perfect old country-setting manor house appointed in like style. Large room with large ensuite. Jean provided great breakfasts and advice. Fantastic country views.

Lovely details, very clean, biggest backyard I have ever seen, fresh air, very quiet, big rooms, great home made breakfast, warm-hearted keepers!

This place is absolutely stunning, a great old building with historic background and very very friendly hosts. Also the three dogs were welcoming us warmly. We were welcomed by Jean together with the other 4 guests in the big living room with coffee, tea and a pie, had a nice chat with all the people. The rooms itself were also great, very big with a nice view and modern bathroom. We got there by car, you access a big private property area, other pubs and restaurants are just some driving minutes away. For dinner we got some recommendations, but due to good weather and the huge area of lawn with cows and the dogs we decided to get some stuff from the supermarket and have a nice small dinner in front of the histroic building. The breakfast was made freshly for us with options between irish breakfast, fresh cereal, scrambled eggs and others, it was very delicious. As the building was just opened for bookings not long ago, it does not have too many recommendations yet, but as you can see, the exiting ones are all very good, and we can confirm this :). If you are travelling by car (or you can get a taxi to get here as well I guess), this is a highly recommended place to stay - we were sad that we only stayed for a night.

We loved everything. Such a special place, Jeanna the owner, is so friendly, knowledgeable and kind. She also has impeccable taste, renovations are stunning. We can’t wait to be back.

An absolutely beautiful country house with the most gracious and kind host you could imagine! Simply a delight!

We loved everything about our stay! The location was breathtaking, we watched the sunset over the farm. It was such an idyllic setting and the drive out to the farm was beautiful too. The rooms were luxurious, newly remodeled, and more than comfortable. Breakfast was superb!! Full Irish breakfast and the host even went above and beyond to get my 5 year a big birthday cake and balloons for breakfast because it was her birthday. This place is an absolute gem and the host is phenomenal. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Everything is to like , welcoming and friendly hosts, the most comfortable bed in an amazing house, and the best breakfast we had in Ireland and we experienced a number of very good breakfasts !

Everything! We received a very warm welcome from Jean to this century’s old home. The rooms reflected the charm and history of this incredible building. The bathrooms were modern and very stylish in appearance. We would recommend Noan Country House to anyone wishing a truly Irish experience.

A beautiful house in a beautiful setting with owners who couldn’t have been more welcoming.

Fantastic stay! Joan is the perfect host. The house is a jewel in the luxuriant Tipperary countryside. The breakfast is excellent. Next time we'll stay longer. Just a little hint: don't trust google maps too much. Stay on the R691, the entrance to the estate is almost opposite the Ballinure National school, on the edge of the village and the name is only written on the pillars of the gate. Enjoy your stay there.

Jean is a very cordial host. Noan B&B is an authentic old country house with beautiful trees. Delicious breakfast with homemade scones. Wonderfully furnished rooms and an exceptional bathroom.
