The cottage was a nice place for us to stay while visiting family. Inside was so cute & clean. Very comfortable bed. Needs some work on outside but worked for us since we really only slept there

We chose this house as a place in between Cedar Point and Cleveland for a quick get away. Worked perfectly for the three of us in terms of size of the house - and the location was an easy drive for both day trips.

This was our third time staying at this property and we absolutely love it!!!! It’s the perfect location and close to the downtown Vermillion area. The house is extremely clean, beautifully decorated and the host is very communicative.

We were in town to visit our daughter and son-in-law for Thanksgiving. This house is in a great location and offered all the necessary amenities for 3 adults to stay comfortably. Unfortunately we discovered dirty dishes (from previous renters)in the dishwasher which the cleaning crew forgot to take care of. Things happen! The owner was quick to respond and apologetic. In spite of this in inconvenience I’d recommend this place for your stay!

This house is so very comfortable, from the beachy decor throughout to the furniture. The location is perfect, close to many areas near the lake and Main St Vermilion shops and restaurants. We loved it and will stay again when we can.

Overall this was a nice place. Ice maker would have been nice. Biggest issue was the outdoor area. Seems like it’s been neglected for quite some time. Owners should spend the money to clean up the yard, add a front porch for lake views and update the outdoor furniture. Other than that the place was clean and had all the basic necessities

We had a great family wedding weekend in Vermilion. Easy walk to the venue down the street on the lake. The property was so cute and clean. Very comfy and had a relaxing feel to it. Don’t be swayed by the outside, it has a large yard, it’s just needs some TLC but the inside is great. Definitely would recommend and stay again. Thanks!

We had fun exploring the area and enjoyed the house. Me and my wife went to Main Street beach and Marblehead lighthouse are our favorites. Fiesta Cancun in Vermillion was a good restaurant. Granny Joes Ice cream was fantastic. The house was very nice and the bed oh so comfortable. We will be back but may need a bigger house, gonna bring our daughter. Thanks for the wonderful time!

We go up to Ohio usually at least twice a year to see our kids and grandchildren. This small cottage was perfect for us. Comfortable bed and very roomy overall. We will certainly rent here again!

We stayed here for a wedding 9/22 for 2 nights and loved it. Don’t let the outside fool you, this is one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Very cozy inside, stones throw away from everything including the water. Brennan the owner is superb. Would recommend to anyone and will likely stay again.

We rented this cottage for our parents 50th Anniversary. The inside is beautifully decorated and the view of the lake from the front room is a nice bonus. You can tell the owners/managers put a lot of thought and care into the inside of this home. It is cute and comfortable.

This cozy cottage doesn't look like much on the outside, but the inside is very nice and comfortable! It feels homey and has a great bathroom & wonderful bed. The neighborhood is close to a park with a nice lake view to enjoy. We walked down to the shoreline and sat on the rocks just relaxing for a bit during our stay. It's close enough to the downtown shops as well. We enjoyed all of the comforts of home & no problems with hearing back from the host when we had a question. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Within walking distance to a local venue for our friends' wedding. We enjoyed a good night's sleep on a great mattress and the complimentary coffee for our morning walk at a nearby shoreline park. Thank you!

Enjoyed our night at the cottage which is really close to the lake all downtown Vermillion. The inside of the house was adorable and had all we needed! The sheets were extremely soft and the mattress was comfy. Also enjoyed that they had coffee, creamers, and toiletries.
The outside of the house could use power washed and adding a sitter area would be amazing and really make it wonderful in the warmer months. Communication with owner was fantastic. Thanks for a great night!

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised!
This was our first experience with a Vrbo property and we weren't quite sure what to expect.
The house itself was lovely and extremely relaxing on the inside, while the outside needs some TLC.
The view was great too, we could see the water from the house, which was a nice bonus!
Overall we truly enjoyed our stay, and hugely recommend this property!

This cottage is very comfortable inside. The beachy decor is very tasteful, some of the furnishings are new & the bed is very comfy. The outside, however, is not up to par. As a long term renter (5 wks) the yard was unusable & there is a definite lack of curb appeal. Also a couple of towel bars in the bathroom would be helpful.
