The home was very roomy for our large party. Kids were able to sleep and play in the basement. They really enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. The home set up made it easy for parents to enjoy and supervise swimming. House was very clean and welcoming!

We really enjoyed our vacation at this house! Everything in the description was very accurate. The house is HUGE, very spacious. We had 7 adults and one child and there were still extra bedrooms. There were plenty of towels, even toiletries, firewood for the pit, beach towels for the pool, outdoor swing, plenty of seating, very kid friendly, and even with the most minor things management was very quick to respond and helpful with any questions/concerns we had. Note for guests: there is an upcharge for heating the pool. Management was extremely gracious and helpful walking us through that process. After our stay I noticed it was in the email but in dark mode it shows up in a red color that isn’t very legible. Just an fyi from a web compliance view ;) Overall a 5/5. Would love to rent at this location again.

This property had all the amenities needed for any age group. Check-in and out were easy. Property was clean and host was responsive. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

This property surpassed our expectations! We arrived at the property 30 minutes prior to check in due to a quicker travel time than expected. We called to see if we could get in early - they answered on the first ring, were so kind, and immediately unlocked the home remotely. The home was huge and gorgeous - it's completely matched the photos and description. I genuinely don't know which was better: the home or the customer service. We would absolutely stay here again!

Lots of room in this house! Beds were very comfortable and everyone slept well. While far from town it's in a quiet location with a nice big yard. It was great having both a hot tub and firepit! Hosts reached out twice and answered our questions timely. Loved having keyless entry.

The house was beautiful and well laid out. There was so much room for everyone and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. There are some nice views from the back porch and it was easy to get to downtown Asheville and all the area had to offer. It was closer than I thought it would be to groceries and a few restaurants, which was nice. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here with another family and had plenty of space. Overall, a great house that we'd consider booking again.

This place was excellent we had a family trip and it was perfect definitely will come back again , House was big , clean it accommodated everyone and we had a blast.

Great time spent with family and friends. House was spacious and we were comfortable. 80 miles to Gatlinburg and 25 minutes to best breweries, downtown in Asheville.

We had a great stay. The home is very large and worked perfectly for our family. Everyone in our group commented on how nice it was. In the winter I would recommend bringing extra blankets as there weren't extras but beds were comfortable and the amenities provided were very nice. Distance to downtown and Biltmore were not far at all and easy to navigate to. Ingles Grocery store close by if you forget items. I would definitely recommend for others.

We rented a home from Mighty Tree during Thanksgiving in North Carolina and they were very easy to deal with, responsive and helpful.

Although the house was very roomy with nice property the inconveniences overruled the enjoyment. We had a party of 14 and when we arrived the dishes in the cabinet had dried food on them. We realized the dishwasher was broken and didn’t clean the dishes and we had to hand wash dishes for the 1st five days. The cold water ran at a trickle. Numerous light bulbs around the house were out. The house is slightly run down and certainly not a luxury rental. We were told the manager would contact us but never heard from the manager regarding the issues.

We did a family reunion here and it was the best vacation we ever took!! The house, the hot tub and the pool were perfect! I strongly recommend this property! The property manager was always available! Great things to do while you are here are the French Broad White Water Rafting, and they take pictures! Also, rent a pontoon boat on Lake Lure! We did Washburn Marina because they have large pontoon boats! We also had a blast fly fishing and hiking was cool, too! We are all city slickers so this stay was awesome!

Had a little trouble with the door code not working upon arrival and needed more propane during our stay and the customer service was excellent both times. House could have been a little cleaner and there were no cleaning products left for us to wipe the kitchen down after us using it. Overall its a nice quiet property and we would return again. Grocery stores and food were a 5 minute drive away.

Property was well maintained and very clean upon our arrival. We arrived about 30 minutes before check-in and contacted the management company who got back to us immediately and allowed us to enter early. We had no issues during our stay. Property was as described and the pool was almost completed, no workers were present during our stay. The house is on a quiet street in a great neighborhood, about 10 minutes from many food and shopping options. We only had to contact the Property manager about a missing remote control which they responded and resolved immediately. I wouldn't hesitate to rent my next vacation home from thier portfolio of homes. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Before going into the bad, the house is located in a nice neighborhood, it is very spacious to host, big parties, or families if you are traveling. AC and heat work well, nice little games to occupy the time such as pool/foosball/ping-pong. But unfortunately a little misleading at least with our experience We booked this house for my family of 11 and we were not happy with the experience. One of the suites bathroom sink was leaking a lot, to the point where it created a puddle on the floor.. I had to put a towel on both sides and the towels got completely soaked within 1 day. We messaged the owner and they said they would send a maintenance guy and never did and never got back to us regarding the matter. Most the towels in our bedrooms had a foul smell and one of them even had a brown stain on it. There was also a white blanket in the closet that we grabbed and there was also a brown stain on it (pictures were taken) The dishwasher was completely full with dirty dishes upon arrival. There were obvious spider webs on the light on top of the dining table. The online description of the house stated it had paper towels, salt, pepper, and oil, all of which was not provided and had to be purchased. The front and backyard of the house was completely messy, out of place and the table was dirty and had to be wiped. The chairs were all misplaced, it seemed like the previous people who stayed at the house left it that way and was not put back in place. We also found a cleaning rag on the grass in the backyard. Overall communication and cleanliness could have been better and given us a much better experience had issues been resolved.

Beautiful home in the hills! Perfect for two families with kids staying together. Manager was very attentive and mad3 sure we had everything we needed.

Worked well for a large group

The following was wrong w this property: 1. Garage had strong smell of cat urine. 2. Half bathe cabinet had strong smell of cat urine. 3. Property not maintained and ran out of gas for heat and cook top on o e of the coldeat v this year. Reported Friday. No gas delivered until Monday afternoon. 4. Communication of stsus of heat situation was very poor. Option to move to new property want given until 11 pm Sunday night. 5. Maintence provided 4 smal heatersl for this large house, but kept tripping breakers. 6. If fireplaces worked we could have been somewhat worm.

Asheville was great, but this house was what made the trip! Plenty of space for each of us to spread out and truly relax and unwind before we start school later this month: the TVs were huge and the beds were over the top comfortable. We could have done nothing but hang at the house and have had the best time. We loved playing pool on the main level and then taking our competitive spirits down to the basement each night for more fun. Thank you for checking in on us and making sure our stay was all that we hoped it would be. What a treat!! What a house!! What views!! What beds!! 😍😍

We had to book this place fairly last minute and it exceeded our expectations. The place was very spacious and clean and not too far from Asheville which was our main point of interest. We also had some issues with the grill which the management was impressively responsive to and resolved the issue by the next morning. Overall we had a great time and would highly recommend this place.

We rented this house on one-day's notice due to our other VRBO being damaged by a broken pipe. We were in a bind, as we were attending a wedding and we have 5-couples that needed a place to stay. This house came to the rescue! The home was located in a area easily accessible to downtown Asheville and all the attractions. The house was very clean, had large rooms, big kitchen to make meals and located on a beautiful lot overlooking the mountains. The check-in and check-out process could not have been easier and the management company was great to work with. On behalf of 10-very worried people, who thought that they were going to miss their nephews wedding....Thank you!
