everything was perfect..

we spent 2 hours to find the caravan and the security it wasn’t helpful at all

we stayed over Christmas and the wonderful thoughtful touches were incredible- a hamper of goodies, beautifully decorated and even Christmas bedding! the location is excellent and it was super clean and comfortable- couldn’t fault it!

The personal touches - Christmas decorations, a hamper of food, a handwritten note and a well-stocked fridge and store cupboard - made it feel as though we were guests in a friend's house.

Honestly, it's hard to think of anything that could have been improved. Perhaps larger numbering on the caravans (it was difficult to find in the dark!) - but that would be the only complaint, and it's not really even a complaint...

Lovely to be near the sea

The caravan was extremely clean , tidy and in a fantastic position. Added little extra's were very much appreciated on arrival and incredibly thoughtful. All questions asked prior to arrival were answered quickly and efficiently.

We arrived to a lovely hamper with essentials for our stay. Beds very comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen. Location is superb as bang in between Whitsatble and Hernes Bay, couple of miles either side of Seaview. The Hamton and The Royal pubs are great pubs with good beer and food.

Nothing I can think of, if i was being really picky i would say sofa being a tad hard on my delicate bottom.

This was a separate issue but the swimming pool arrangements need to be reviewed. The popularity of the pool makes it over subscribed, this puts considerable pressure on the life guard who has to adhere to the set number of users for each session. The management need to look at a way of ensuring as many guests as possible have access to the pool. The current system is unfair to newcomers as it seems to work on a basis of those in the know can book way ahead of those who aren’t. A little more equity required here, apart from this the holiday park is a must for families 👍🏻

there was nothing to dislike

Well kept and clean property with all the necessary amenities and family friendly. Our host provided us with a lovely welcome pack with complimentary cereal, bread, butter etc. (even a few beers). We shopped before we arrived, but had we known we wouldn’t have bought some of the stuff we did. We also informed the host we were travelling with children and there were plenty board games and toys available. The outdoor pool was the best with the water temperature close to 35/36 degrees, brilliant for my 9 months old child. Our host was also available on WhatsApp making communication very easy. Loved it all and would certainly recommend and return in the near future.

Everything met our expectations and exceeded them.

All communication was really quick and extra time for checkout was offered which took the pressure off. Lovely caravan and location. Had everything you would need and was really, really clean. I will definitely book here again.

Everything was perfect

The caravan was lovely and clean, the welcome hamper and all the essentials provided were an unexpected surprise, the owner even decorated with bunting as we went on the jubilee bank holiday. Beds very comfortable, family games provided, the beach is just a short walk and lots of little towns just a short drive away. We didn't use the pool on site as you had to queue at 9am for a 45min swim slot and our little one would have wanted longer but only half hour drive away is Sittingbourne with a big indoor pool and water slide which we booked for a couple of hours. The entertainment area could do with more bar staff as we had to get a few drinks at a time due to how long it took to get served but once served they were lovely and our little one loved the kids entertainment specially as it was the jubilee bank holiday they had lots of activities on for them and fireworks on Saturday night.

Exceptionally clean, perfectly organised with essentials and more. Quiet area, perfect for a break full of relax. Very responsive host. The location is also very good - close to the station, a short walk to the iconic Tankerton beach and fairly close to Herne Bay, which has a lot in terms of attractions, particularly for families. To get to Herne Bay you will need a car, or willingness to walk more than 30 minutes on a lovely costal trail.

More facilities in the holiday park would be a plus, but this does not concern the accommodation itself directly. The kitchen in the leasure area doesn't stay open after 2 (everywhere in the area), the shop has only very few essentials. Such a shame, because the holiday park is very cute.
