This is a renovated OLD house which has multiple rooms in each floor ( 2 floors ) with 1 shared bathroom for all residing in each floor. From outside you cannot imagine how clean, neat and comfortable place is. Well maintained and managed. Really good caretaker resides at location.

Area is not the safest after 6pm, lot of homeless people. - House is old hence no elevator, so all bags have to be dragged up. - Not recommended if travel by BUS. - Main door of house is always open till about 10pm, which is not the safest option. - 2nd floor kettle did not work, but all other items worked fine. - Newark Penn train station is closest, costing USD 8 to 20 in Uber depending on time of day. - Grocery close by, but not open late. Wendys and apple bees is closest food outlets and a gas station with convenient store. - 2nd floor rooms were very small..barely room to move around with bed. - There is a major supermarket close by similar to Wallmart, suggest to buy food, water etc and store as daily food outing is not advised or cheap as all in UBER. If comjng after 8pm, buy something from fast food places as all other places closed. NOTE: THIS was surprising, when you pay at property, there is a extra charge for credit cards, AND USD 10 refundable deposit for room keys.

Improve on cleanliness especially the daily cleaning and change of linen

Sister was extremely understanding when it came to a miss communication on our end. She gave us cancellation free of charge and always had a lovely attitude.

There was a slight misconception on what I booked vs what I arrived to. I would highly recommend if you are traveling with a partner or solo.
