Property was exactly as described and shown in photos. Everything was clean and well kept and communication with the owner was easy. The outside area was perfection!

Short but sweat stay. Nice and clean. Pool was harder than usual to get turned on. Thought it would have been on and ready to use. It has hot tub in the add but not one to be found. These things i can get around. Cause we where on a short trip. The rest of the stay and place made up for these 2 things. The host was good. Replied quick. I would use again but maybe ask owner to fire up the swimming pool. Enough room for 3 couples. Thanks for the use of your house. I hope i was a good keeper of the house. Cheers see you next time.

It is a nice property but we were disappointed in the condition/cleanliness of the pool

Location is perfect The home is well laid out and furnished Backyard is a playground with pool and cornhole Just a very nice place to stay

The house was spacious, clean modern and nicely decorated. The home was well stocked with basics such as paper towels, napkins, toilet paper as well as kitchen items including utensils, pots and pans, coffee makers, cleaning items, and more. The outside, including the pool area was beautiful and very comfortable. Bath towels and pool towels were plentiful. A few comfy seating areas along with a large covered patio made the outside inviting and relaxing. Washer and dryer were also available. Communication with the owner was excellent with responses in a timely manner. The four of us enjoyed our five day stay and we highly recommend this home. We were not disappointed.

This home was beautiful! The owner had it stocked with all the things necessary for our overnight stay. Beautiful decor, comfortable beds and great quite neighborhood. Had a blast in the pool!! Would definitely recommend this home. Thanks B (^_^)

We loved our stay. The private backyard is very spacious with plenty of shade. The neighborhood has a safe clean feel. If I return to this area I will be looking to stay here again. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway! The property owner was easy to communicate with. Overall a great experience.

I usually book VRBO just to Have a great location to get around wherever I am visiting. This VRBO actually made me want to hang out there as well. The outdoor area is perfect for morning coffee, work at home, and evening cocktails. The indoors was great as well, with lots of seating areas, comfortable beds, and on top of it all, the location was perfect to get to everywhere we needed to go. We will definitely be back!

The house has been recently updated, very nice. The location was perfect & close to family we were visiting. There is no extra charge for heating the pool but it was not heated when we got there & never seemed to get to a comfortable temp. The outdoor kitchen area was very dirty. We had to wipe down everything. We did notify the owner & he stated “ Thank you for sending me the photos and info Regardless of how it was left, the cleaning people were to have cleaned the area. I will call them and let them know the job was not done correctly. I apologize for the condition and can assure you the condition will be addressed in the future. I have changed cleaning companies twice in the last 4 months to find one that follows the instructions given to them. It seems another change may be warranted”. We also arrived to dirty dishes in the dishwasher & no trash bags. I’m assuming these issues are due to the cleaning company. I’m hoping they can get the cleaning company figured out because the the house & outdoor area are very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay! Basil was an excellent host and the property was very lovely.

We loved our month in Tempe! This home is so conveniently located and nicely appointed. The pool is lovely, the décor is adorable, and the property manager is incredibly responsive. There is a little highway noise, but it wasn't disruptive at all. The neighborhood is wonderful!
