Beautiful, clean and comfortable villa. Beds and bedding so inviting. All directions and recommendations that were left for us were spot on. Will definitely be returning.

Had a fabulous time at the villa, was a complete home from home. Everything you'd need was available from the fully stocked kitchen to the washing machine, TV with plenty of channels should you ever find you want to stay in and chill. The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was perfect, really quiet but not to far from all you'd need from supermarkets to bars and restaurants. The pool was perfect for our two and a half year old granddaughter, she absolutely loved the place. Fred was always available if needed as was Richie, but as stated everything was so perfect there was really no need to contact them. All in all we all had a fabulous time at the villa, and would definitely return. So here's hoping to be in touch soon, thanks a lot Fred, Karen, Richie, Michelle. Regards Tony, Debbie and family

Had the most amazing time in this villa, nicest one I have rented ,everything you need and more nice touch was the liquids in the fridge meaning we could have a chill and a drink before running to the shops Richie did the transfers for us which was great thanks again definitely book again Thanks sharon

We had a really perfect holiday staying at Fred's villa. It was exactly what we wanted in terms of spacious living with a great outdoor area which maximizes the sunshine all day. Pool is a very good size and perfect for cooling down or doing a bit of aqua aerobics! Villa is really comfortable - great beds guaranteeing a good nights sleep and very comfortable couches for lounging around in the evening. Great selection of TV channels and sound system. Wifi excellent. Location is so close to everything - large supermarkets, neighbourhood fish shop (fantastic!), bars and restaurants. Lazerote is well serviced by taxis so if you didn't fancy the walk back home after a night out it is easy and cheap to jump in a cab for the return journey. We hired bikes and cycled out to Arrecife on a great and safe cycle path, walked the fabulous Porta Del Carmen to Porta Calero cliff walk every day so the sangria was well earned by lunchtime! I highly recommend the villa and will be returning next year without doubt! Belated thanks Richie for all of your on the ground help and advice and to you Fred also for your regular check ins to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. A unique service - well done.
