We loved the property so much we only spent a few hours in Charleston. Owners were so gracious and the accommodations were too notch! We'll be going back for a longer stay next time.

Waterfront Gem was just that, “A Gem”. This place is absolutely beautiful! It was such a beautiful, tranquil vacation home. Very clean, and spacious. The owners paid attention to every little detail and an abundance of everything you needed there at your fingertips. Great communication, and easy check in and check out. Definitely will be back!

This place had everything! The view, the dock, the location, the amenities….these hosts have thought of everything. Our family of four loved every second. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you for having us in your beautiful place.

This is a magical place. The lights at night, the views, everything was clean, it was wonderful. The bench swings were several places. I loved sitting on the swing on the dock just watching nature. We are already trying to figure out another time to visit. Thank you!

My wife and I had a pleasant stay at this James Island property, when we had to stay around more than most visitors likely do. The interior was clean and spacious, and we felt at home with all the dishes and appliances in the kitchen, plus the shower liquids were a nice touch. The view of the marsh speaks for itself, and there was plenty of room to walk our dog. My wife was 7.5 months pregnant, so we did takeout for most meals, and she stayed behind while I did the Bridge Run. Despite having a few sets of neighbors, noise was never an issue.

Property was clean and comfortable, well equipped, and in an absolutely beautiful location, right on Clark Sound. Beds were comfy, nice fluffy towels, nice kitchen. Only a 10-15 drive to downtown Charleston, and 15-20 mins to Folly Beach.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The setting is fantastic and it's great that it's dog friendly. Very friendly hosts and the other guests were also nice to chat with.

This is our 2nd time here! We love the view, cleanliness, and amenities! It’s such a great location to come visit family and have a wonderful place to come back to each evening. We hosted an egg hunt on the beautiful property for our 4 grands on Sunday! A perfect trip!!!

Great location, beautiful view, clean house

The property was beautiful, clean, and right on the water as advertised. The backyard view was gorgeous; especially at sunrise and sunset. The Christmas decor inside the property was a nice touch. There were plenty of extras that you wouldn't normally get at a hotel or resort; items like just in case you forgot this, we have these extras. Somehow I missed where we'd be sharing that beautiful backyard with a whole complex in the listing description, but that's really our only complaint.

Very nice property and furnishings. Had anything we could need. Warren was outstanding! Would definitely stay again. Stayed in first floor unit but would rent the second floor unit for an even more amazing view.

We booked this property on accident and boy am I glad we did. The home is furnished with all the basic necessities and is so comfortable and homey. The bed in the master is so comfortable, I can’t remember when I have gotten better sleep. I’m the mornings we would drink our coffee and watch the dolphins from the dock and in the evenings we had bon fires and roasted marshmallows. The next time we visit we will definitely be booking this place.

Beautiful location and very nice place. Every detail matters and they covered them - from the extra toothbrushes and toiletry to the coffee supplies. View was amazing and halfway between Folly beach and Downtown Charleston. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful location close enough to Charleston and the beach, we loved to watch the sunrise and sunset.

The property is clean, updated, and convenient but the VIEW from the backyard takes your breath away at sunrise and sunset. If you want it all - the comforts of home and to experience the best nature has to offer then this is the place for you.

Really enjoyed the solitude and location of this property. It had easy access to getting to the City yet had the charm of being close to the water. A few nearby restaurants were fantastic (Edison and Ellis Creek Fish Camp) and being able to sit out under the twinkle lights on the dock or in the backyard was really lovely. Just make sure you bring your bug spray, as that is a natural part of the water and low country. You won't regret staying here.

Great property. Very clean and new interior. Backyard is incredible- we spent lots of time just hanging out and watching the wildlife. Also close to Folly Beach and downtown Charleston. We would stay here again.

Our stay was so wonderful, this property is beautiful! It has every amenity that you could ever need and the view is so beautiful and relaxing. I could just sit out in the swing and watch the water all day. Close proximity to downtown Charleston and Folly Beach! We will definitely be looking up this property to stay at if we are ever in the area again!

What a wonderful place! The pictures don’t capture the true beauty of this place! We enjoyed sitting on the swing and just looking out over the water. We will certainly be back!

The property was everything we hoped it would be and more. We were impressed with the property and the views. We wished we could have stayed longer but will look forward to another visit in the near future.

We had such a wonderful time! The owners take great care in providing everything we could need plus more. It was well stocked, perfectly clean and comfortable and the grounds were truly incredible. The view of the marsh with the lawn and dock felt like something out of a movie. Incredible sunrises and sunsets paired with the beautiful lights in the trees, firepit and outdoor space made this a really magical stay for us. We cannot wait to come back!

I can't say enough good about our stay. Honestly, the view looks like a painted postcard and I pinched myself that what I was looking at was real. So restful and restorative.
