Bright and airy with all the main facilities you would expect. Good in terms of location and looked to be near main bus routes if you don't drive. Double bed really comfortable and the studio is well laid out in terms of the space.

Sofa bed probably needs to be updated as it is not great to sleep on. There is some kind of plant growing out of the drain in the shower. Maybe it was just us, but couldn't get any standard channels on the TV - only Netflix, YouTube and BBC IPlayer.

Host was great, quick at responding and very accommodating. The front and back garden were nice and plenty of free parking on the road. Location was quiet and residential. Good selection of toiletries. Arrived late night and had no trouble getting in. Thanks Agnie

property is an annex not an apartment in side of an house. it is new cosy clean.

Unfortunately we arrived to an ex council estate with some drives filled with rubbish. Location was awful we turned around and left. it is not an apartment and better off on air B&B I think. We felt unsafe. Note check location map in future!!!

Cozy & Clean. Had everything you need. The outside space was a great bonus.

The host communicated really well and efficiently providing us all the information needed to access the property. For a short stay, the property included everything we needed, was clean and of a high standard.

I like that the venue was modern. I liked the washing machine facility. Bed sheets were clean. I like that the walls were clean and freshly painted. I like that I could make use of the front garden and use the trampoline. Overall had a great a great stay!! We would re- consider staying again.

4 family stay- the sofa bed was very small and had hard bits but was a decent size for my 2 boys under 6. There was no broom or mop to maintain the floors cleaning. There was no iron although this was advertised. There was urine in the toilet on arrival. The apple tree was not maintained. Although the back patio was beautiful. It couldn't be used because there was apples were all over the floor and the tree was overgrown. The WiFi cut out a few times; would have liked to have a WiFi booster in room.

Was very nice and clean and was nice they left utilitu for us to use would definitely stay again the location was perfect aswell perfect for are family and pets but I must say the sun did beaming quite bright on front door so woke us up so maybe recommend a curtain or something to go across it but all in all was perfect

Would recommend a curtain across front door as light came through bright in morning and woke us up also the sofa bed wasn't to comfy but double normal bed was lush

Very clean and modern. Nice to have a courtyard. Comfortable double bed. Lots of stuff provided so we didn’t have to go out and buy much.

would have been nice to have a washer dryer rather than just a washing machine as there was no washing line. An indoor airer was provided but we didn’t have space to put it up. would have also benefitted from a microwave although not really enough space in kitchen area to put it. Sofa bed not very comfortable, was quite hard.

Lovely little studio apartment. Very clean. Owner very helpful when I contacted her about a fan as it was very hot. Had a small one for me by pm. Really compact with everything you need. Loved having a washing machine and mini kitchen. All basics tea and coffee and hand-wash etc was a nice touch. Really nicely decorated. Loved little veranda. Lovely to sit out in morning with a coffee. Only stayed one night, wish I had stayed longer. Free parking on street was handy-not a car park as described.

Beautiful place, but no blinds on velux windows, so gets bright very early in the am and gets very hot during the day. No lock on side gate, so didn't feel comfortable opening windows during the night.Also sheets were 100% polyester so not very comfortable at night when very hot.

It was absolutely lovely! So clean, tidy, friendly, very cosy atmosphere. cleaning stuff/shower gel/shampoos and many more was left for us to use. We were amazed of little patio with beautiful atmosphere in it. we also were able to use washing machine to refresh children clothes. Saucepans & pan, and even coffee was left for us to use! Thank you so much to Agnie for all that! We will definitely be booking this apartment again 🥰 Highly recommended place to stay 👌🏻 10 out of 10

Nothing! Everything was lovely!

I liked the whole set up of the studio flat. Had a bonus outdoor section at the back which was nice. Shower and bathroom was great. Lots of extras which turned out to be really helpful and I’m so grateful for was the milk and so many different hot drinks. Cereal for my sons. Shampoo and shower gel. They kindly let my sons use there trampoline which was put the front also

Beautiful studio with roof windows, however in the summer it was very bright until late and very bright early due to them and no blinds as it was a high cleaning
