Very nice apartment hotel! We enjoyed our stay very much and would come back to this hotel for sure - there is the option for a very nice breakfast in the hotel next door for 8 Euros. Antonis (the Hotel staff) went out of his way to accommodate us and was helpful in so many ways. Thank you so much

Antonis our host was so helpful and made us feel like we had our own personal adviser. The views were spectacular. We loved it so much that we plan to book again next year. I don’t normally leave reviews but felt compelled to tell everyone about our wonderful experience here. It was a fantastic place!

Central location with spectacular view. Well equipped, comfortable, spotlessly clean. Excellent hospitality. Breakfast was fantastic too. Thanx for all.

They location was right in the harbor and has a pretty neat entrance to the hotel. The room was very large and the maid did a good job cleaning. The host provided restaurant recommendations and helped us with our laundry.

There is a sitting area next to the bedroom window and any guest is allowed to access it. They also used see through curtains. Let that sink in. We raised this concern on the first day and was told they were going to take care of it. The following evening hotel guests were out on the patio past midnight and were forced to sleep on the couch. When I brought up my frustrations again I was told "I'm sorry you feel that way." As if it was reasonable to have people be able to see into our bedroom was a personal problem.

Anthonis was super nice and welcoming. Position, cleaning and comfort was over the top. Super quiet and fresh room.

Some stairs, but nothing dramatic.

Excellent location, stunning room, really friendly and professional staff

Beautiful apartment just off the harbour. Lovely comfortable bed, well equipped kitchenette and modern bathroom. There was a nice communal courtyard. Very friendly staff. Everything was easy. A quality cot was provided as requested

There was a smell at times of cooking fish, probably from a nearby (below?) restaurant. It wasn't unpleasant but perhaps not ideal in a bedroom. Not ideal for people who struggle with stairs. We were fine but know people who would not have been!

Fantastic location. The suite we had with the city view was spacious, very clean, comfortable and peaceful, yet right in the heart of the venetian harbour. We appreciated the comfortable bed, good large shower, well equipped small kitchen, but best of all was Antonis the manager, who was so helpful and friendly, with great recommendations. He really made our stay. Also you can have a really good breakfast at the next door Porto Columbo for a reasonable additional charge. The staff there are also very nice. Yes, there are very steep stairs to get to the apartments, but Antonio was very helpful with carrying our luggage and it was good exercise, but could be a problem for those with mobility issues.
