The location was good.

That I found bed bugs in my room and I’m supposed to have a refund for my stay but they have sent it in yet and anytime booking try’s to get ahold of them they don’t answer the phone.

cheap rate, friendly staff

towel racks fell off the walls. shower head needs to be replaced. community benches means waking up to neighbors talking right outside window. one window missing curtain and the light was right in line with our faces

The room was nice!!! We stay in the Lantana. The area of Leakey was beautiful. We went to ride the 3 Twisted Sisters and that we’re amazing!!!! The staff at the Inn was exceptional!!!! The 1st night of our stay there was a medical emergency in one of our neighboring rooms. The couple rode in on a bike. The owner of the Historic Leakey Inn gave the tenants the keys to his personal vehicle so that the husband could follow the ambulance to the hospital. Very Very impressed!!!!!! We will definitely book a room or a cabin at the Historic Leakey Inn on our next trip to the 3 Twisted Sisters!!!!

it’s centrally located and very close to my daughters home. It’s a little rustic which I love.

Nothing not to like!

The office offered free popcorn at check in and we had a microwave and fridge in the room for food. The owner’s dog that lives on the property is so friendly and was my favorite part of our experience. The bar that’s connected is lively on Friday nights if you’re into that.

The room was humid and didn’t have enough windows but the air conditioning helped.

Fun atmosphere. Good tasting and well portioned food at onsite kitchen. Bar was ok. Lots of locals made it fun.

The food @ the Cocina was excellent. Nice to have. the "Backporch" bar right there.

The location was great. The individual buildings were really neat and the old school cabin feel was fantastic. If you are riding the 3 Twisted Sister, this is a great location to stay.

The booking said that there would be no one at the desk after 5pm. I arrived at 4:30pm and no one was there and the door was locked. They did leave my door code for me to pick up and get into the room. Upon getting into the room, I found that they hadn't changed out the towels and the dirty towels from the previous guest was in a pile on the floor. I went back down and called the number that was left in the event you needed to talk to someone but of course, no one answered so I left a message asking for clean towels. I left and went to dinner hoping that there would be towels when I returned but no luck. There was one clean washcloth that I used to dry off after my shower. Speaking of the shower, the hot water lasted barely long enough for me to get into the shower after it got to a reasonable temperature. Good thing I'm not a hot/warm shower person because my family wouldn't have been able to shower with the cold temperature.

Not enough plugs. Sink ran hot water. Not cold.

Location, close to two national parks.

The most expensive single king room looks like a chicken coop. The property required renovation a long, long time ago. You don't get what you see on “instagram” like pictures.

Very quaint property with vintage features. Beautiful plantings and outdoor seating to enjoy. Extremely comfortable bed.

Be prepared for noise from live music if you’re there on a night when a band is playing and from other guests outside your door.
