This is a beautiful cabin in a beautiful location. The view from inside and around the cabin are amazing. Our 12 y/o loved cooking dinner on the grill and then making smores. Thank you again!

What a great escape from the city! We loved the beautiful sunsets, stargazing, and tranquil scenery. This was a great base of operations for day trips to Lost Maples and Garner, and a perfect way to enjoy nature without all the crowds at the end of the day (and with a luxurious bath to boot!). We would highly recommend!

This lovely cabin surpassed our expectations in terms of the amenities & the views. It has beautiful outdoor areas to enjoy the views & an amazing outdoor shower with plenty of hot water. Just take your partner & go enjoy this very private & romantic property.

Chic cabin in the hill country. Perfect location to view the solar eclipse with my family. My kiddo loved making s'mores by the fire pit. We would stay here again!

My wife and I have had a crazy summer and needed some time to rest and enjoy the quiet country.
The place is beautiful inside and out and had everything we needed. Sitting on the porch in the morning and watching the sun rise and not hearing cars, dogs, and weed whackers was just what we needed.
We went there with no agenda and took naps, and enjoyed a very slow pace. Bonus was the cloudless sky so we were able to see the Milky Way and countless stars

Love this property! Beautiful views! Secluded and quiet! Equipped with everything we needed. Loved the outdoor shower and outdoor space. Perfect for an anniversary get away. We will be back!

This cabin was so amazing and relaxing. I couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful and beautiful view of the Texas hill country. We loved every minute! Very quiet and calm; which is what we needed to escape our four kids lol. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your little piece of Heaven :)

Me, my husband, and our dog stayed at the Hill Country Cabin for one final getaway before the arrival of our first baby. It was the PERFECT stay for us!
The porches are serene, the outdoor shower is amazing, and we loved watching the sunrise/sunset from the floor to ceiling windows each day.
The bed was very comfortable and although the place is on the smaller side, every piece of furniture and device is thoughtfully placed to maximize the space.
The location is about 20 minutes away from town so be sure to plan ahead for food and drinks. That being said, the views and peacefulness of the property make the drive more than worth it!

Overall, this was a great experience. The only issue we had was with my Google maps not being too reliable getting me there. Luckily, a family member had previously stayed there, so once I had cell phone service again (was in a dead zone when I got lost), I was able to get some help. Now I know how to get there, and I wouldn’t hesitate making a reservation again. Highly recommend this place!

This property was true to the posting and was such a great place to stay. It was truly secluded and we loved that about it. We were able to use the fire pit and enjoyed sitting outside amongst the Hill Country while it was going. The back deck was nice for relaxing and we had fun using the telescope that was at the property. We would love to come back another time!

This property is the perfect romantic getaway! Miles away from the busy world. The Hill Country views are beautiful and the home is very comfortable. The soaking tub was relaxing and I loved the soap and shampoo that was available. We would absolutely stay here again!

Brought my best friend and her small dog on a short trip to get away from crowds during Spring Break. We had a great time! There were great views and lots of privacy. Definitely recommend. She loved the outdoor shower. Unfortunately it was cool and cloudy most of the time but I did see some bright stars during a short break in the clouds one night. The stargazing would be amazing there in better weather.
The bed was a little too firm, but I expected that because of the property description. So I brought an extra foam pad I had laying around, once it was on the bed it was perfect. The pillows provided were very nice!
Several of the nearest restaurants close early or have limited menu during the week, so we bought some stuff to make sandwiches and small meals while there just in case.
Overall, it was a great stay 🙂 definitely recommend!

We loved the little town of Leakey for some excellent breakfast tacos at Lala’s and a cold drink and tacos at Gypsy Sally’s. Also loved the coffee at The Drug Store. Excellent trip and stay.

We loved our stay! It’s beautiful, modern, and an efficiently set place. It is secluded but there are areas to eat after a small drive…we found the best mocha frapp from Josh’s Outfitters and delish breakfast tacos from Lala’s Mexican Restaurant….we would do it again in a heartbeat!

Great little place. The only advisory is that it is not very convenient to places to eat, although the owner was very up front about that, so be sure to take some of your own meal fixings.

Often times the picture don’t match the rental but this one does! This sleek, modern clean cabin is nestled in the hills above Leakey Texas on a gravel road. There are no neighboring houses, lights and very few (we only saw one) person drive by. The back porch has comfortable chairs and allows you to take in the peace and quiet. The deck off the side has a nice propane fire pit with 4 comfortable Adirondack chairs. The view is the same as the back porch. The owner gave great directions and the wifi works amazing considering how secluded it is. While we stayed here we went to Lost Maples and Garner State parks. The Lost Maples Cafe in Utopia has a great breakfast and we took a piece of pie for later that was great. Don’t miss on this rental!

We absolutely loved the cottage! It was perfect. Great views and comfortable accommodations. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets and amazing star gazing ! A fantastic place to retreat surrounded by the quiet and the beauty.

We had a a really nice stay. The cabin and property looked exactly as expected by the photos. Everything was very clean and in great condition! The gas fire pit was our favorite thing! Quite relaxing to sit and have a glass of wine and enjoy nature and the quiet! We would definitely come back! The owner was helpful and easy to work with.

This property is beautiful. It is exactly what we wanted, secluded, gorgeous view, and a chance to get out of the city. Nathan was very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. 10/10 would recommend this property. Also, only about a 30 minute drive to Garner State Park, which we took advantage of! Thank you Nathan!
