Great property! Plenty of rooms, great balconies! One block to the ocean, and a store for staples right out the back door. An easy walk up to Belmont park, restaurants, and bike rentals. It's an easy drive/Uber into town as well. Would definitely stay again. Such a great stay!

We had an amazing time in Mission Beach/Bay and Belmont Park! The location of this property is perfect, with both the beach and the bay (plus restaurants, bars, free parking) just a short walk away. Amazing views from the roof! We will be back.

This place was amazing!!! Location was perfect, just a short walk to the bay and to the ocean. The home was very clean. All the dishes and cookware you could possibly need. We cannot wait to go back

My friends and I had a great time. Loved the rooftop terrace. The garage was a challenge. It’s a very close fit for 2 cars. Looks like there is quite a bit of stuff you could get out of there.

Great place to stay, close to the beach. Amazing views! Check in and communication could be improved. Didn’t receive email or guidance on how to check in and had to call for the codes.

Great spot for an Easter reunion with family! Rooftop deck was great! Clean and perfectly located. Market Nextdoor had literally everything we needed. Great breakfast at Teo’s kitchen in the Pennant bar. Will return!

This place was amazing, even better than the photos! There looked to be a lot of upgrades, rooftop was a must see with glass railings and nice furniture, the building looks like it was just painted a modern white and gray (not red as seen in the photos), the inside was comfortable and very spacious (easily fit all 8 of us), and the Surf Style Vacation Homes manager was quick to respond with easy checkin and checkout instructions. 5 STAR STAY

Our overall stay at the property was wonderful! The house was beautifully decorated, stocked and maintained. The pool, hot tub and yard were fabulous! And Lexis and Zach were great - easy to work with and super efficient in responding to our questions. We'd love to book the house again!!

We rent every summer in SD on Mission. This was our first rental off the boardwalk. It was the best yet! We rented both units for 9 people (4 adults, 2 teens and 3 kids ages 8-10). The location can’t be beat (under a minute to great food, market and liquor store). House was upgraded and roomy. Parking for our 2 small SUV’s was a breeze. House was well stocked and everything worked great! Neighborhood was friendly and very well maintained. The walk to the bay was about 45 seconds and the beach was maybe 1.5 minutes. Belmont was a 5 min walk (I have a broken foot so these are close estimates). The roof top deck was used nightly to watch the fireworks at Sea World and had a great view of everything! Would definitely rent here again!

From the rooftop you could watch the Fireworks at sea world right across the bay. You could look to the beach side to check surfing conditions. The place was very nice. Will definitely try to book for our next vacation to San Diego!

We just finished our stay in San Diego and were very impressed by this rental. It’s in between the beach and the bay, and I was pleasantly surprised at just how close it is to both. The property manager is also very attentive and helpful. There isn’t anything we didn’t like about this place. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and cooking utensils you could possibly need. Our kids really enjoyed the bunk/trundle in the loft area and the views from the rooftop patio were great! The only improvement I would recommend would be for this place to have a working hot tub. Overall I would rate this a 10/10 and we would book it again for future San Diego trips.

The property is a great location. Very close to the beach and the bay. We enjoyed the view from the deck.. The house needs a face-lift. Needs to be painted badly. Rugs need to be replaced. The deck is in bad shape. Wood rotting, some of the deck furniture is in bad shape. The place was pretty clean but lots of dust on shelves and dirty windows. All of the stuff in the pantry needs to be tossed. Some of the cutlery was dirty in the drawer. Bathrooms are very dated. Definitely not worth the money we paid. Would not stay here again.
