Property is as pictured. Convenient location to pool and village, as well as nice view of the harbor. Did not initially receive the link to pay for parking and it took a few hours to get it resolved. Luckily we contacted Vacasa several hours before arrival.

Very comfortable and great location with tons of restaurants and activities in walking distance. Lovely furnishings in studio and large space.

Everything about this studio was above expectations. To start, it is a stand-alone studio and not a lock out. In addition to the very comfortable king bed, there was a sitting area with a sofa. Even though it is a first floor with the convenience of not needing to take the elevator, the balcony is above the ground floor giving you views of the bay and marina. Location is close to everything you would want. Overall, a great condo.

My husband and I found this unit to be a great place for a relaxing weekend at the beach! It was clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable, there was enough furniture without feeling crowded. The large tv was nice for watching a movie at night.

We very much enjoyed our stay and the room was as expected definitely a hidden gem! The room was really close to the parking garage and elevators on the first floor which was really convenient! The Baytowne Warf is like having a theme park in your back yard, was a close walk to restaurants and shops!
The only issue was the pull out sofa was not comfortable for my 5 & 3 year old to sleep on, it would be extremely thin for an adult to sleep on.

Seamless process from start to finish…booking to checkout. Room was very clean. Bed very comfortable. Quiet environment. Never had to leave the property for food and drinks as it was all there at The Village of Baytowne Whatf which was a short walk.

Great location for an urban beach getaway with my teen daughter; easy access to the pool, hot tub, and close to tennis ($30 per hour) and you can rent bikes and SUPs . We took a tram to the beach the first day but drove after that because there’s plenty of parking in early March. There are also lots of dining and shopping nearby too. The studio was clean and spacious and had everything we needed!

This property is absolutely perfect UNLESS you have anyone planning on sleeping on the pull out sofa! It was completely flat and so uncomfortable that my children couldn't even use it! My daughter had to sleep on the couch and my son had to push 2 chairs together to make himself a bed. Absolutely awful for the price we paid to stay those 5 nights!! Will NEVER return.
