Hard to beat the back porch and easy access to the river. Extra big shower and clean kitchen. Bed was comfy too. Great value.

The property was just as expected from online listing and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The suite is close enough to walk to town and enjoy all that’s offered. We had a great time and would come back in the future!

We're always a little anxious when we rent a vbro or airbnb because despite the good reviews, we have had some major disappointments. BUT this unit was as near perfect as possible. It had everything we could possibly need. The river right outside the back door was so relaxing. The unit was spotless and the decor was cute and not overwhelming. The location... one block off main street..was so nice. My husband has to use a cane or scooter and we were able to do so without any problems. We definitely will be back... asap!!!

Our stay was wonderful! Had a wonderful time sitting on the back deck watching the rain and river. The apartment was clean and neat and perfect for the two of us.

We really enjoyed our stay. There was some problems with ants coming in the door and traveling to the counter tops and sink, but maintenance did bring some spray. The kitchen only had 1 hand towel and 1 dish rag and there was no broom to use. My wife is used to helping clean. The ceiling fans also needed to be dusted and the bed frame definitely needs to be replaced. Otherwise, a very nice place and walking distance to everything! Thank you.

Condo is gorgeous and the location is perfect..close to everything

The property was spotless and the location was perfect. The river runs right behind the property and was lovely. The view was stunning. We did have an issue with our booking…not their fault. I was assisted over the phone to check into another unit in the same building for the last night of our stay. I don’t feel that I should have to pay another service fee for the 2nd booking but I did anyways of $100. Once we got home I realized my card had been charged an additional $28 fee for late check out. We were past the check out time but we had previously told property mgmt that this would be the case and they gave us permission and all we were doing was switching units. Not leaving. That’s my only complaint.

Super clean, in the River, walking distance to everything. Would highly recommend. The private deck/balcony with view of the river was amazing.

This property was just as described on VBRO. The place was super clean. You can practically walk to dinner and downtown. Listening to the flow of the water from the back porch was relaxing. Only suggestion is the Wi-Fi, it was really slow.

Excellent spot right by the water and walking distance to downtown Helen! The fireplace was absolutely lovely. There wasn't a deadbolt on the front door, so we were a bit uncomfortable with that. We spotted one roach-shaped bug by the back door. Otherwise, we had a great stay!

This property all in all was an awesome place to stay. The location is perfect, right in the center of downtown Helen. Walking distance to pretty much everything. The house unit was very clean. Loved the creek out back. Very peaceful. The only issue we had was with the blinds in the house. Especially the front blinds. I wanted to open them to view the town and the Christmas lights at night. They would not open. Also, the water pressure in the shower was very weak. Other than that it was perfect. Would stay again.

Very convenient location. We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to go. The place was clean & the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the location of this condo. Off the beaten path but still close enough to walk into town. Loved the backyard view of the stream.

This first floor condo was a perfect place to stay and enjoy all Helen has to offer. We went for Oktoberfest and walked to every venue and restaurant the whole time we were there. Easy to get to everything. Everything worked perfectly in the condo and it was very clean. We really enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching and listening to the river water run by.

The condo is nicely furnished, comfortable and clean. Great location, walking distance to essentially all of Helen. The creek out back is really nice too!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the property. The property was well kept. The kitchen had only bare necessities. We did see one large bug that was removed.

Loved the "Presidential Suite"! Living are was nice and roomy with lots of comfortable seating. Kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed for our three-day stay. The Presidential/Americana theme was great! Best of all was sitting on the riverside patio in the early morning and late evenings... very relaxing. Location was great, as everything was a quick walk to all the attractions and restaurants.

The Property Manager was MS. Tammy and let me tell you she went above and beyond for us. She truely made this vacation very special for us. Our condo experience was fabulous. Our beds were super soft. The condo was very clean and nice the linens were clean and soft. Thankyou all for a wonderful experience
