Loved the condo and especially the deck…I spent a lot of time listening to the Chattahoochie rolling by!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was very nice and cleaned well. Loved the theme, space and river out back. Being able to walk everywhere was a major plus. We will be back and will book this space again!

It was fabulous. Great location and could walk to downtown. Retro decor was awesome. It was very cozy and comfy. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others.

Very clean condo right on river. Great place to stay for watching people tub down river. You can park your car and walk everywhere which was an added bonus.

The property was directly on the river and within walking distance to tubing, mountain coaster and downtown. It was nice to have the convienance of a kitchen, washer/dryer and and outside balcony to sit and listen to the river. Everything was super clean and stocked for our needs during our stay with easy electronic checkin/entry we didn’t have to worry about timing or carrying around a key. One concern was how busy the street is with all the turbing busses using the road all day but it does not effect the quietness inside and it is quiet at night. The other concern was with the sofa bed which was not comfortable at all and did not have support on the bottom so my son went right through but luckily he didn’t mind just sleeping on the floor. Excellent spot for a getaway which we will use in the future!

Great place for a couple. Quiet and comfortable.

Everything was as pictured. Short walk to everything. Perfect for just the two of us. The walls are kind of thin. We had a great time sitting on the balcony listening to the river and enjoyed downtown Helen. We even got to sit on the front balcony and watch the Shriner parade.

We loved this rental! Close enough to walk everywhere! Loved watching the tubers on the back porch! The bed was amazingly comfortable! We look forward to returning!

We really enjoyed the porch and spent late afternoon and evenings there. It was peaceful in May. We just wanted a peaceful getaway for a few days and found it here. Spent the days hiking local trails and visiting waterfalls.

The location was fantastic, because it was within walking distance to everything in Helen. It had a nice view of the river from the balcony. The balcony was covered so you could still enjoy it during the rain too. The unit had comfortable furniture and it was easy to communicate with the owners. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Perfect location to downtown Helen. Very clean. Balcony overlooking river was so relaxing. The 50's theme was super cute. The oldies music playing when we got in the condo was a great little welcome!

Spacious room with large deck overlooking the river. Great breeze coming off the mountain. It is a very peaceful location. You can easily walk to downtown by walking 2 blocks (one block up, one block over. Cowboys & Angels and Bodensee were our favorite restaurants in Helen, and if you are looking for brisket take the short drive to Cleveland, GA and stop by Clyde's (jalapeno grit fritters are heavenly)

Great location. The view from back porch is so relaxing. Very clean. Bed was super comfortable. Kitchen was nice. Kitchen only had the very basics. We would stay again

The 50’s themed villa was more than just a place to rest your head! The view from the back porch is beautiful and the sound of the river will put anyone to sleep. The shops are walking distance away so we left the car, got ready to celebrate the weekend. The place is amazing! The host left little treat bags on the bed, bathroom and kitchen. Everything was clean and well kept. It was like home! We will definitely be staying here again!

We lived staying here! The bed was big and comfortable, the decoration of the space was adorable, and the full kitchen, as well as the washer and dryer, were a blessing to have during our trip! I loved the back patio area looking out onto the river, and the location is super ideal, with everything in Helen being less than a 5 minute drive or a brisk walk!!!
