Our stay was great! The house was very close to local shops, restaurants, and of course the Beach! It was easy to walk everywhere. The hosts provided beach chairs, a cooler and a wagon to transport everything to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

It is a very nice, clean spacious house. It has EVERYTHING the description says. Is is as if you were home. We enjoined a lot being there and can't wait to go back! The hostess is not only wonderful, but also she helps you with anything yo may need.

The house was perfect, just as described. Very clean and within walking distance to beach, food and shops. Definitely would stay here again

The house was super clean and stocked with essentials. Only thing missing was that the garage door would randomly open and close, and we thought the pool was more private per the photos.

This home was perfect for our family vacation. It was clean, spacious and walking distance from the beach. We searched for weeks before finding this Villa and am so happy we did. We will definitely seek it out when future plans call for a stay in the area.

Villa Renza was the perfect house and location for our adult only getaway with friends. It is within walking distance to shops, restaurants(many with live music) and the beach. The bedroom were decently space from each other and beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all the needed amenities if you want to eat in or just make your own coffee before going out for breakfast. An added bonus for my beer snob husband was many 4 Star Breweries nearby. My husband, my self and our friends would definitely stay here again. Our friends were actually talking about renting Villa Renza soon for a getaway with their teenage children.

This was a last minute booking as a previous booking with another host was canceled days before our departure to Florida . With limited properties available on short notice we were skeptical of what we would find . I can't say enough about the property, the location and the host . The home was clean and well equipped with everything we needed , and close to downtown . We would definitely book this property again .

Not just location, The property was awesome and homely, near ecerythi5, beach, restaurants, pubs, entertainment in general. The place was spotless and I hope I left the property in the same pristine clean condition. I highly recommend it.

My wife and I had an amazing stay here. The location is perfect with a quick walk to the beach access and to the main block of town. The private pool is great for non beach days or to finish your day off after being at the beach. House was clean and the kitchen had everything we need. Looking for a home away from home getaway, this is a great option. Highly recommend. We had a beautiful week here.

Our first time to Ft Lauderdale, we were there for a gymnastics competition. Lauderdale y the sea is adorable, the walk to the beach is just a couple blocks. The house was amazing, just as described. Beds were comfortable, tons of space for everyone to spread out. The INLY downside is the showers are very small! Barely enough room to turn around for an average size person. Everything else was perfect. We grilled steak, made breakfast daily. Lots of cute shops and eats close by to walk to. The hosts were amazing too, we texted several times for additional umbrellas and questions. They were super responsive and helpful. Even sent us a video to show us how to use the coffee maker! We came for a short trip for a competition but we will definitely be back!!
