Our stay was very comfortable at this property. Quiet neighborhood and house is very roomy. The host was friendly and communicative. I was looking forward to using the jacuzzi tub on my last night there, but unfortunately the drain plug was broken. Also, no lamps on any of the nightstands was inconvenient as you had to turn out the light and then walk to the bed in the dark.

We enjoyed staying at this property. The house was clean and quiet. Pros: Owner communication was excellent. Very responsive and provided all needed information prior to check in. Neighborhood is quiet and secluded from noise. Garage parking was nice especially since it was hot and rained a few times. Water pressure in master shower is excellent. Walk in closet is spacious and hangers are provided. Plenty of towels provided. Cons: No hot water in the kitchen during our stay. Notified management but that was an inconvenience when washing hands/dishes. There is no full length mirror anywhere in the house and no mirrors at all in secondary bedrooms. The master bedroom needs a 2nd nightstand so both people have a place for phones, etc. The counters in the bathrooms are so low, anyone over 5 feet tall has to bend over completely to use the sink. The curtains throughout the house are very lacking. There is one small thin panel on a standard size window that doesn't even cover the window. There should be at least 2 or more panels per window to block out light and for privacy in bedrooms. Also there are no lamps anywhere in the house (maybe add nightstand lamps). Final thoughts: Consider an outdoor keypad for garage which makes it easier to get in/out. Please consider those with asthma/allergies with all the different plug in air fresheners in the house. I had to immediately remove those due to a reaction within minutes of being inside. Overall we would probably stay again.

It was easy to access and was a very clean and beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this place.

Saw 5 daddy long legs and one other spider in the master bathroom but didn’t see anymore throughout the weekend. No big deal honestly it’s expected in houses with woods around but just something to keep in mind. We used this property just to sleep and get ready for Rock The South 2023 and it was perfect for that. Communication was absolutely perfect! Overall great stay.

Property in a good location. Garage allowed easy entry into home when it rained. Easy to communicate with property manager. Cleaning fee was too much, as housekeepers were not attentive to details (no dish towels, garbage bags). Linens should be replaced. Furniture and mattresses need an update, hence the good nightly price.

We brought our Daughter and Her three Children 10-12 We were visiting family in the area. We had a comfortable stay and would be interested in staying again sometime.
