We were pleasantly surprised to see that this house was one of the first on the development. So not many people in the area. Walking distance to small Roy Lake beach. Must drive across to Grandview Lodge across a busy road. We enjoyed the pool table and ping pong in the evenings and the sun porch for coffee all together in the morning. This house was beyond all of our expectations and a great place to stay w extended family so we each had our own space and bathroom! Fully stocked - great walking - wildlife - golf course- two refrigerators and plenty of parking space. Amazing family trip! Everyone in our group enjoyed themselves from teen to grandma.

This was a beautiful, newly finished home that had so much to offer! If you like games: ping pong, pool, cornhole, this won't disappoint.
The kitchen was perfect for cooking homemade meals and there was plenty of common space + beds. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

The view of the golf course is beautiful and the outdoor fireplace is awesome! You are a quick drive from a grocery store, liquor store, zorbaz, and grand view! We will be back!!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The house is amazing beautiful. The check-in/out process was super smooth. Each bed was super comfy and the couches are large if you have more people than beds. Kitchen was stocked with whatever you need. Gas grill and fire pit worked great. Easy access to the lake and golf course. Would definitely stay again!

The house was very accomodating as far as needs go! We were disappointed in a couple things...the online listing says there are 3 bikes included with the property and this was not the case. Also said there was a coffee maker and bean grinder and all we could find was a kcup maker :(

Summer family get-away!
This VRBO is wonderful! A great get away location near Nisswa near an abundance of lakes! It clean, spacious and decorated beautifully. The owners are great to work with, responsive and answered all our questions quickly. It had everything we needed inside and an abundance of activities nearby outside. Truly a home away from home. Highly recommend!

4 bedrooms 4 baths were great for our family that did not want to go rustic up north! And the 4 season porch was a stunner. What’s not to like at this place!!,
