The property was very clean and had everything we needed. We went exploring every day and spent the nights there. the kitchen was very well equipped.

Thomas and Marielbys really are Super Hosts. The house was exactly as described and the whole process of checking in and out was so simple. I highly recommend staying with them at one of their many properties.

Family and friends stayed at the Cappy’s cabin for our son’s rehearsal dinner/wedding at Kingwood Golf Resort/Chatooga Belle Farms. The cabin is wonderful and cozy, like in the pictures. Our hosts were terrific, and very accommodating. If in the area, we will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Clayton, made all the better by our stay in this precious house. Very clean and well equipped. Would definitely consider staying here again.

House was spotless. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need for a quick meal or a sit down family dinner. The bedrooms and the bathrooms were updated and clean. Great house and great host. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

The cabin was comfortable and we enjoyed the stay.

Nice home that was sufficiently stocked with everything we needed. Appliances were new and everything worked as advertised. The only negative was the deck out back had a lot of carpenter ants and we killed a few spiders on the first day. Some of this is to be expected. It is the Georgia mountains and summer, after all. Probably compounded by trees being close to the house but after the first day we didn’t have anymore issues. We would rent again but more likely in the fall or winter. Very convenient to downtown Clayton. We had a very nice overall experience.

Stayed for two nights with my wife and four kids. We loved it! 7yo's comment: "I didn't imagine THIS!" There are a lot of us, but all slept comfortably. Spacious living room made family time in the evening easy. Well-equipped kitchen meant everyone got to eat their favorites for breakfast and dinner. Our only complaint: we didn't stay longer!

It checked the boxes on the listing for our trip to Clayton for a family wedding! Great layout and very easy to get to downtown.

Very nice house in Clayton Georgia. House is well stocked and was clean. It wasn’t hard to get up the drive way. WiFi worked. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Washer and dryer had laundry detergent. The owners do make you sign an additional contract and email it to them after making your reservation, but they didn’t charge a cleaning fee. The only negative is that the house is close to the highway and at night you can hear the vehicles. I would stay again.

I would recommend to anyone that is considering renting this property to obtain and read the contract you will be required to sign, before you make any deposit. There are pages of rules, regulations and consequences. Had we reviewed the contract, prior to putting a deposit on the property, we would not have selected this location for our getaway. The bed in the master bedroom was broken down and you could not access the porch from the master as the vertical blinds were inoperative. I emailed the property owner to make them aware of the issues with the master bedroom and inform them that the screens on the entry door were both torn. The house was definitely clean on the inside. As indicated by the owner, the four lane is close, so there is a fair amount of road noise at this property. We travel with our noise machine, so we just turned up the volume.

Property owner is very cooperative and communicative. House is clean and solid. Nice fire pit for evening relaxation.

Great location near downtown Clayton - a perfect weekend getaway for the family. Property was as pictured, very clean and welcoming. The owners provided detailed instructions covering just about every question you could ask - shared beforehand and also conveniently in a notebook in the home. Made it easy for us to walk in and start relaxing right away! Highly recommend.

Our stay was excellent! My boyfriend kept telling me how nice the home is. We will definitely stay at this property in the future. I had several questions prior to our arrival and they were both very timely with their responses. They provide all the information to you about the property in email so you know what to expect, as long as you read it!! Lovely home and very close to top rated places to explore. Also as a bonus , Fortify PI has delicious Pizza and wings!!

This lovely home provided my family a great setting for a relaxing Thanksgiving. With a great kitchen, separate dining room and accommodating local restaurants we were able to enjoy our traditional meal and still find time to explore the mountain views and holiday shopping.

This property was on edge of town with wooded views. It had lots of windows to enjoy nature. House was spacious, very clean, well decorated, and comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked with the exception of an outside grill. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay here again. Loved the area and Clayton.

We went to N. GA to ride our motorcycles in the beautiful mountains. We really enjoyed our stay. We found the house to be outfitted with everything we needed . Highly recommend.

The property is clean and spacious. The location is great because it is close to town and wineries but feels secluded.

Property owners were easy to deal with, and the rental was as described. Downtown Clayton was a cute town with lots of good restaurants. Would definitely come back!

The property was amazing, was conviently close to many things to do. We hiked several different trails and state parks. Went white water rafting, and had great food all within 15-20 minute drive!! Highly recommened!!

Great home, all on one level. Good central location to Clayton, close to town and shops. Comfortable beds. Wish we had more time to explore the area. Hope to return sometime.

This was an amazing VRBO. Great house and very close to town. Property Manager was very friendly and attentive. I definitely plan on coming back!
