This place is amazing. Great location. Beautifully decorated, lots of space. We were there for a 50th Wedding Anniversary Renewal and we had a lot of visiting family and friends and that came by condo and were so impressed as we were. My kids loved it. The only thing and I have to mention were all the broken window blinds. Lots of them and it took away from the beauty of the room. It was mentioned by several. Little stuff but little things make a difference. But it is a fabulous place.

Everything was perfect! Gorgeous 3rd floor condo. Beautifully furnished and convenient to everything downtown fairhope! Walking distance to shops restaurants and yoga is across the street. Easy to run or walk to bay as well. Fully furnished with everything you need. This is our 2nd time at this condo and will definitely be back!! Thanks Pam!!

My husband and I enjoyed winter in Fairhope, especially staying in this large, comfortable condo in an unbeatable location. The beds were comfortable, the shower hot, maybe the cleanest rental we've stayed in. Many days we didn't need to move our car. We liked the closeness of the Kind Cafe for a bagel and tea to start the day. The Fairhope library is a gem. I attended the weekly book lecture, free and open to the public. The cupcakes at The Sugar House are pretty marvelous. With out of town family and friends we had dinner at R Bistro ( high marks for the bronzed salmon and steak) and Gambino 's (good choice of seafood dinners). Plenty of good quality dishes, silverware and glasses for at home meals. Pam Martin, the manager, responded promptly to our questions and clearly cared that we were comfortable in the condo.

I would highly recommend these accommodations when visiting Fairhope.

We had a great time in Fairhope. The condo was very nice! It was close to shops, very roomy and clean! Would definitely recommend staying here.

This is our 2nd stay in this beautiful condo and it has it all! Location, beautiful decor, fully stocked and comfortable. It’s so easy to walk to shopping and dining! The owner had a beautiful Christmas tree setup as well as tiny white lights on the wrap around balcony. The beds are amazingly comfortable and the building very quiet with easy access! Highly recommend

The condo is beautiful and within walking distance to downtown Fairhope. Be aware that there is a bar across the street with live music on Fridays and Saturdays. The music is VERY loud and you can hear it clearly with the doors and windows closed. The music stops at 11pm. Bring extra garbage bags, paper towels and toilet paper as only 1 of each is provided.

We LOVED Fairhope Dreams! So close to restaurants, shopping and Provision Coffe and Wine Bar. Spacious downtown condo with comfy beds, large kitchen, and HUGE wrap around balcony. The condo is gorgeous inside, even better than the pictures. We were in town for a Girl's Weekend and picked the perfect place. We could walk to everything including our Taste of Fairhope Food Tour (which is a must-do). Like other guests have mentioned, the unit desperately needs new pots & pans, more than six metal hangers, and the bar across the street was terribly LOUD, but only on Saturday night.

Enjoyed Fairhope

Loved this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, third-floor condo. It's a corner unit on the top floor, so huge windows, high ceiling, and wraparound balcony that runs the entire length and width of the unit. This place is everything the pictures show and a lot more. The entire condo is huge, the master suite is private and huge, running the full length of the condo. Everything was super clean and the condo was well stocked with dishes and kitchen supplies. The beds were very comfortable with nice white, soft, linens. We loved everything about this condo and would definitely stay again. We did have an initial issue with the code for the main building door - it did not work. I texted the contact number and had a response and a fix in less than 2 minutes. The only negative (and this is really picky) is that we were required to take our garbage out and empty the refrigerator. No big deal, but there were no extra garbage bags provided. So we scrambled, collecting all of our bags from purchases and stuffed them with leftovers from the refrigerator. That's a small problem, but it would be thoughtful of the owner to include a few extra garbage bags. So, all in all - very satisfied. Definitely a place we would stay again.

The pictures truly don’t do this condo justice. The balcony is huge! It’s so much better than a hotel and worked wonderfully for us for our son’s wedding weekend. Just be aware that parking is very scarce. We were able to find street parking within a few blocks, but we only parked at the condo about half the time. I’d still stay there again.

Perfect place to stay for our long weekend in Fairhope. Excellent location. Extremely clean. Have already recommended it to family and friends.

Place is very spacious and very clean. The property is convenient to all the shops and restaurants in Fairhope. The beds are comfortable and the furnishings attractive. The balcony is a nice added touch. The street can be a little noisy since there is a bar across the street and the city street and landscape department gets an early start, but this would not deter me from a return visit.

The condo is beautiful. Very clean. Very comfortable. I was alone and stayed for 5 days to visit old friends. I walked to the local grocery store and picked up basics mainly for breakfast. I never cooked. The kitchen has what you need, but is not "gourmet". I have seen some negative comments about this. My advice is walk (easily) to any of the 12 or so restaurants in the area and enjoy your vacation. There is a bar across the street, but with a box fan on I never heard it. The access to the building can be tricky at first. The door is around the side of the building and requires a building access code I had to text to get. Also the address is 100 not 101. 101 is the bar across the street. Overall I loved it. PS - The TV in the master bedroom is stuck on "Demo Mode". It's infuriating. I googled everything I could to figure out how to get it out of that mode and never could figure it out (I have 4 engineering degrees). My suggestion is if a guest does figure it out they should get a free night.

The condo is in the best location right off the Main Street and walking distance to everything not to mention the condo is beautifully laid out and decorated! Will book over and over!

Absolutely beautiful place, the price was amazing and perfect for our situation. 3 friends traveling together so we all had our own private bedroom. Beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings. We didn’t do any cooking so we didn’t use any of the utensils or cooking equipment so I can’t really say anything about that. But a huge dining room table for a family dinner would have been nice if were were there for longer. The only downsides was one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, 4 hangers total for all the closets. The building outside has a hornets nest and someone in our party got stung 5 times! But that was in the lower level businesses area. Walking distance to town and some great restaurants and shops!

Great location, can walk around. 2 issues: property gives you one roll of toilet paper. They tell you minimum supplies so no extra trash bags, napkins, coffee filters. Stayed in many VRBO places and never had this. Place is right across from Irish Pub but they have DJ playing Friday/Saturday nite super loud, till mid nite, couldn’t sit on the great balcony. Property Manager should let gusts know ahead of time. All in all good.., would stay again.

Location and condo 5 star. Be aware of trash pick up early morning, early morning street cleaning and some bands at Irish pub might keep you up on Friday and Saturday nights. Put white noise on your cell phone to drown out noise. We are big cooks...pots and pans are like 3rd world country in this condo. Seriously the owner can go to TJMaxx or Homegoods and inexpensively replace with good pots and new baking sheets. Would we stay again...yes but will bring a couple good pots if owner doesn't replace. And we drive in from Austin, TX.

I struggled to decide how many stars to give this property and what to say in the review. There are a lot of really great aspects to the condo - wonderful beds, a truly fabulous shower, luxury linens, and a downtown location that is close to a ton of great restaurants and shops. The balcony is perfect for sitting out with a book and a cup of tea. The kitchen is, unfortunately, inconsistent with the otherwise luxurious nature of the rest of the property. Because we were there for three weeks, we had planned to cook some of our meals at the condo, but the lack of basic cookware was jarring in comparison to the rest of the property. There were a couple of non-stick skillets that were scratched so badly that we went and bought our own, several cheap, lightly melted utensils, and a dishwasher that did *technically* work, but didn’t actually get anything clean. There was also a serious lack of communication from the property manager. For example, the dryer is a condensation dryer, which we figured out eventually, but it would have been nice to know that we needed to dump out the water reserve. The trash is in the garage and you need a code to get back inside - and we didn’t have it. We tried to pay early because we were in town, but every call, text, message, and email went unanswered since it wasn’t time for us to stay there yet. TL;DR Awesome location, balcony, beds, and shower, not so awesome kitchen and communication.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at "Fairhope Dreams" in downtown Fairhope. The condominium was lovely, clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The location was ideal for shopping and dining out in the downtown area. I highly recommend this condominium and will stay here again on our next visit to Fairhope.

Our party of 4 adults spent a weekend at Fairhope Dreams. The Condo was larger than I expected, exceptionally clean, and very well furnished. The layout of the rooms was great, affording privacy in the bedrooms and baths, with a large corner open kitchen/living room with great views. The multiple sets of french doors to the full balcony were wonderful though the chilly weather limited our balcony time. The central location is within easy walking distance to the downtown restaurants and shops while also being in a quiet area with limited traffic. We've stayed in a lot of VRBO properties, this is by far one of the best. We will be back!

We planned our girls bachelorette trip and found this beautiful condo conveniently located in downtown Fairhope but because the place was so cozy and beautiful we ordered food and stayed in majority of the trip! That should tell you how amazing this place is.

The condo was completely as described and pictured! Lovely decor. Comfy and convenient with a fantastic balcony! The Irish pub across the street was a loud at night but it was a holiday weekend. Overall, we highly recommend this condo. Good security too.
