this is a retirement community and mostly trailer homes and small normal homes. people very nice and friendly, but everything is old, but very clean.

The house was well maintained, well decorated and well equipped. The owner was easy to contact and provided quick responses to our questions. We plan on renting the property again for a future stay.

It had been 30 years since we stayed at Nettles Island. We had gone there for about 15 years in a row when our kids were little. We decided to go back this year with their spouses and our grandkids. This unit housed 6 adults well. And we got another unit for 2 adults and their 2 kids.

We had a great time at the oasis house. The house has all the amenities that you could possibly want and need and nettles Island kept us entertained between all of the activities, pools, and beaches. We experienced absolutely zero issues, the entire stay!

This is a well supplied 2-story unit with 2 beautiful bedrooms, 1 smallish bedroom, and 2 nice bathrooms. The balcony is very nice and we had breakfasts out there with the 2 of us, but there is no other place to be outside right at the unit. The Nettles community has over 1,500 units/spaces (for RVs) and it offers a beachside pool and a larger pool at the community center, as well as a wonderful beach front on the ocean. We had a wonderful 2-week stay there, and our “home” was a great base for our vacation.

This house was everything it said it would be and more! The nettles Island amenities are amazing. There was some thing to do for everyone. It is a quiet community and allowed us the rest and relaxation we needed, then gave us fun and adventure when we wanted it. We really didn’t even have to leave the island. The house was well equipped And very comfortable. The area has plenty of restaurants and things to do.
The only advice I would give is to rent a golf cart so that you can get around and be like the locals. We had so much fun and we can’t wait to come back. Thank you Brian for such an amazing stay you are a wonderful host!

What an amazing and memorable stay we had in the oasis home! From the beauty of Hutchinson Island and the comfort of Nettles Island, we were able to rest, relax, and have lots of fun and adventure. This home was the perfect fit and awesome location for our girls trip celebration.
The house have everything we needed. The owner had excellent communication. The Nettles Island community has so many wonderful amenities. The only thing I wish I had was a golf cart to just ride around and experience all the beauty and amenities it had to offer. We will be back! Thank you for such a memorable stay!

Even though the weather did not cooperate, and we had to skip the beach and pools, there was plenty to do in the area. The residence was very relaxing, clean, and had everything you needed for a weekend stay. Definitely would recommend.

The Oasis House is the perfect place for an R & R vacation. We stayed for 3 nights w two grandchildren. Next time we will stay longer. Wonderful in all categories..
Brian was briskly responsive with all my questions. The house was immaculate and amazingly outfitted. Loved the keyless entry! Everything we needed and more. The closet w all the toys was a bonus! the girls loved and used all the beach selections.
We easily arranged for a rental golf cart and it was fun to drive thru the friendly neighborhood to the pools, beach and marina stores.
We highly recommend the Oasis House for families and also for couples as it was so relaxing.

Had a great time, the house was great and everyone was more than helpful. Brian was very helpful with answering questions and giving us the information needed, there is an amazing fruit and vegetable store before you cross over the bridge to the island that you should check out! This property is well worth it, the beach is close and isn’t crowded with beautiful water.

Our experience was great. Everything in the house was very clean, comfortable and a wonderful experience. Our host gifted a wonderful bottle of wine and walked us through their house and all the amenities. We would definitely visit again!!thank you Brian and Laura!
