This place has a lot to offer. Tons of space and a great relaxing neighborhood. Close to the beach and state parking for some great hiking. We had a party of 8 adults and had plenty of room. Great game room! The only real negative is that things around the House need to be fixed. Living room TV remotes with no batteries, dangling unplugged AC chord over a door entrance, open wires outlet (looked like a doorbell panel) and a few other minir things that kept this being a 5 star. We did have a big problem with the Refrigerator and freezer not workt but the owners were responsive and apologetic about the whole thing. They even offered a partial refund! Otherwise we had a great time. If some of the little things were fixed, easily a 5 star stay.

It is set up in such a way that makes hanging there with family and friends perfect

We had a total of 14 people and 2 dogs. We enjoyed the bbq in the backyard and the huge game room entertained the entire family. The walk to the beach was so peaceful, and the teens enjoyed riding the bikes.Our family loved that we could take our pups to the beach with us! Dee responded quickly, and knowing our hosts were available was very nice. We loved the beds so much that I asked her for the information and will be purchasing one for our home! As a busy mom who was ready to relax, I appreciated how clean the house was when we arrived. This may be our annual family trip spot! Thank you Dee!

Our party has a 6 week old all the way up to sixty and 12 people. We had plenty of room for everyone and it was a short walk to the beach! We had a wonderful trip and would love to come stay again. Dee was amazing and communication was quick. Thank you for opening your home to us!

The sleeper sofa in the game room has a huge hole in it and is unusable, the AC in that room is old/small and not able to cool the room, making it unusable during the summer months. One of our travelers were not able to come on the trip due to the lack of this sleeping space. There were not enough linens provided. The ceiling fan on the porch is not working. Coffee maker is leaking. The chains for the swing on the porch are so rusted that we were afraid to use it. The bicycles had flat tires, were rusted and unusable. The Wi-Fi went out twice. The grills were not cleaned out. There was laundry and trash left at the place when we showed up. There was only one set of keys provided instead of two. Only one of the outside lights were working. Lots of lightbulbs needs to be replaced. The small bed was falling apart with lots of loose pieces. The yard was not maintained and pictures did not represent the actual condition. When notifying the host about these conditions they stated we were going to be unhappy no matter what because one of the members of our group had a death in the family a few days prior to the trip. We never asked for a refund, but simply stated we were disappointed about the lack of bed space listed… the conditions of the place certainly had nothing to do with our personal circumstances. When sending a photo of the couch with the huge hole in it, they never responded and never apologized. Very disappointing.

We had a a great time. This was for a leader get away and planning. The house was very spacious and work well for a gathering of 10 people. The owners responded quickly to any questions. We enjoyed the time of fellowship and the game room was fun. The only reason for 4 star on clean was the over flowing trash cans out front (trash did not go out to road for pickup) and need to pick up garbage bags, The owner did apologize for that and would make sure it was rectified in the future. The home inside was clean.

We had a group of 8 adults. The location was perfect for our needs & the house was clean & had everything we needed. The game room was a big hit we spent a lot of late evenings in there. We only had to reach out to the owners once just to ask a question & they called us back immediately.
