We stayed here in the summer and it was a great location, not far from the grocery store and a very short drive to the downtown area, also not far from the ski slope so easy to get around everywhere. It was a cute place and had everything we needed!

This was the perfect dog-friendly spot for our family in Steamboat. The home is stocked with everything you might need, the neighborhood is quiet & easily accessible to the mountain and downtown, and there is an off-leash dog trail & park within walking distance. Kathleen was a great host and was very responsive when we needed assistance. There was even a pack 'n play set up for our baby. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

Well stocked with chips and mini soda, kurig & shelf- stable creamer. Comfy bed (we prefer mattresses on the firmer side) and quiet neighborhood convenient to grocery stores, shopping in town, restaurants, & Rita Valentine dog park. The only suggestion we have regarding cleanliness is to dust those ceiling fans! We would certainly stay here again. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

Beautiful duplex that has a terrific view of the hills from the deck. Mostly quiet neighborhood with great places to walk. Highly recommend this place if you want a spacious place that is warm and away from the city.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was very well stocked and setup for families. Kat was very communicative and helpful and we loved the location of the house which was close to both downtown and the ski resorts. We would definitely recommend this home and would stay here again if possible.

Our condo had everything we needed, along with several unexpected treats! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and COFFEE! Glad we could bring our dog too. The location was perfect for accessing the activities we planned to do. The owners did a fabulous job of communicating with us all along. Would definitely stay here again😊

We just returned from an outstanding ski trip to Steamboat, made all the more enjoyable by Kathleen and her fantastic vacation home. Everything at this home was as advertised, and is a convenient 5-10 minute drive to the mountain (with everything else you'd need such as a Safeway grocery store, etc. basically right next door). The 3 bedrooms were large enough for our party of 7, made even more comfortable by a large air mattress that Kathleen had made sure was available for us. This house was very well maintained and all in good order. We were a little nervous as our daughter has mild pet allergies and this property allows pets, but with wood flooring throughout versus carpets we felt she'd do OK, and that was definitely the case. With the cleanliness of the house my daughter experienced no problems whatsoever. The large dining table had more than enough room for our whole group, so we easily enjoyed meals together at the table followed by playing several of the family board/card games made available. The garage is quite large and should fit most vehicles. We got very unlucky as the Suburban we rented had unusual clamps on top of the standard crossbar brackets, and it was just a half inch too tall to fit. Had it not been for those clamps though the Suburban would have fit fine. Check-In/Out was super easy, and the owner was proactively communicative throughout the entire process to make sure we'd have everything we needed. All in all this was a home-run rental for us and we'd stay here again without hesitation. Thank you Kathleen!

No issues, clean and in a good area. The property manager was very accommodating and easy to reach.

My boyfriend and I went up for a ski weekend with another couple. Upon entering, we found a spotless home with a kitchen filled with welcome snacks and a bottle of wine. During my brief texts with Kat she was unbelievably pleasant and welcoming! I can’t wait to book another weekend in this same home, our experience was amazing!

Communication with owners was awesome , as needed. Personal touches were a nice surprise.

This place is amazing! We love Steamboat but had never stayed outside of downtown. We were missing out! Great property, quiet, spacious, backs to open area. Dark, dark sky with brilliant stars. Kat was so thoughtful--not only were all the necessities well stocked but she also got a bag of marshmallows and plenty of hot coco for the kids. Our dogs loved the deck and glass front door. We'll be back!

Thai comfy condo is well appointed and Kat was an awesome and accommodating host. The off-leash dog park nearby was a plus for us and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. We’ll be back!

We had a very memorable visit with our 3 adult children and their partners who joined us for a long weekend to attend a family wedding. Kat, thank you, we would definitely stay here again.

The property was very nice and the location was good. It was a quiet neighborhood which was good. The property host, Kat, was very accommodating as we had to change our plans a little when I had to go to urgent care so we arrived a day later than planned. When we arrived the following afternoon it was very hot in Steamboat (over 90 degrees) and the property was quite warm inside (with no a/c). The sun was on the west side and the blinds didn’t help much to keep out the heat; the fans didn’t help much either. That night it never did cool off in our bedroom or the rest of the house and it was pretty miserable since we couldn’t get cooled off. The next night was a little better since we were there to open windows and circulate air, plus it cooled down outside more that night. So the only issue we had was how hot it was in the townhome - we weren’t expecting it to be that hot.

Everyone was extremely pleased with all aspects of the property. A good time was had by all.

We were in town from Denver for a soccer tournament at Emerald Park so the location could not have been more perfect. We barely moved our car - with the bike path being so close, we walked or biked into town daily. The unit was SO WELL STOCKED! Lots of extras that the kids loved - you could tell the moment you walked in that the owner puts a lot of time and care into this rental. Would love to stay again and would highly recommend this unit to anyone coming to Steamboat!

The townhome is beautiful and well cared for. The owners have gone above and beyond to make their home inviting and comfortable for guests. The owner was quick to respond to all of our questions prior to arrival. The concise lists of restaurants and other local resources provided were so helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer, as we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the deck and lovely view.

Had a wonderful time at this well kept property. Quiet, clean, comfortable -it was all we were looking for. We look forward to returning.
