Le personnels est bien présent, très souriant et respectueux les prix sont très abordable et tout es bien organisé. Je recommande à toute mes connaissances en cas de séjour dans la région.

No ha habido desayuno . Pagué una habitación con desayuno gratis y me han querido cobrar 8€
Todo. La habitación parece una cárcel , caen gotas del aire acondicionado, te caen en la cara mientras duermes, Todo está mal este hotel. No tiene piscina, la sauna cuesta 18€ una hora. Desayuno 8€ aunque lo hayas pedido incluido por booking, el recepcionista es un deficiente y un pasota, la de la limpieza tambien.

Le personnel est génial et au petit soin avec nous . Sincèrement je compte y retourner très très vite j'ai passer un excellent séjour
Petit bémol sur la fenêtre qui ne fermé pas et la télécommande qui ne fonctionnait pas.

Emplacement proche de l'autoroute, le geste commercial en raison de la fermeture de la piscine, parking fermé.
Piscine fermée, chambre pas très propre, petit déjeuner peu varié.

First stay on the 21st August went well, we enjoyed the pool and room was excellent with our 5 and 7 year old grandsons
On the first stay the breakfast was very minimal we put this down to maybe we were the last to have it.
The second stay 31st August was a shambles, firstly they didn't have the reservation which we paid for on the 16th August, which meant we didn't get the room for 4 people but had to have two separate rooms, in compensation they offered us free breakfast, which I had already paid for on the morning of the 22nd August in cash, we were told the pool was shut but because of the upset they opened it for us, the breakfast was bad again and certainly not worth the 8 and 6 euros it cost!!

The pool was good in the morning and was free.
The rooms we had booked and had confirmation for were not available. Our son ended up on a mattress on the floor. The travel cot had no base and was dangerous. It took the guy in reception quite a while to find something suitable. Our room had no electricity so no light and no air con on a very hot night. It was rectified by 10 30pm but the room should have been ready. The rooms were nothing like in the pictures on the website. They were quite dated and poorly decorated.

The hotel closes between middle day and 17:00 evening . Which is not helpful at all. No restaurants around. Isolated area.

Handy for the motorway
Run down, dirty, nothing like the photos. Shower room covered with previous guest hair. Floors all sticky. Small amount paper left on the toilet roll and no spare roll. Bed was a sheet of chipboard on legs with a mattress and bedding on top. Security gates for the car park left open and on and on

It was a comfortable bed, good location, secure parking for the car, nice friendly staff.
The room was not cleaned very well, the pool was empty ( We would not have swam anyway, as it was too cold in all fairness) It looked tired and run down. We stayed there 5-6 years previously and it had not changed much.

The room would been nice to refresh but for that price it was okay. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Bed comfortable and very nice hotel staff. Free big parking.

Staff was very helpful! Breakfast was very good.
Linens were definitely not changed after previous guest. My bed was full of hair and unidentifiable flecks.

Very tired room and facilities, even the smoke alarm in my room was ripped off the ceiling, only two very small pillows.

Passable for a night. Used as merely a place to stay, it’s adequate. It’s a budget hotel that we only stayed in due to flight cancellations.
Rooms are dated and in need of repairs. Quite small and not the cleanest.

Not much, receptionist couldn't be bothered to check our booking. Asked us to pay an extra five euro just to sit round the pool.

The gentleman at reception had a 6 star quality customer service. He deserves to be working in a First class top quality hotel.
Everything else. I’m not even going to list here because I don’t think it will be worth the effort and there isn’t enough space here to write it all. It was so bad we ended up laughing about it. It felt like we were being pranked. I was wondering if there were hidden cameras for a comedy tv show.

friendliness of the staff was excellent but the cleanliness of the bar and food area was very bad.
the pool closed between 1pm & 4pm after several complaints they kept it open
