The place was great a few blocks from the boardwalk and we'll kept. Perfect place for a couple and a dog. Jim was great and the place was quiet and private. I would stay there again for sure.

Nice cottage, close to the beach and boardwalk. The gated sitting area in front was a great feature as well.

The place was cute and the location was great. The outdoor space was great. Everything was exactly where they said it would be.
However, I got my check in instructions the day before and with tying up loose ends with work and getting my family ready, I didn’t have a chance to really read the instructions before we left. Please note that this place does not have bath towels or sheets for the beds. It is also not very clean. There was sand in one of the beds and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. We made the most of it and enjoyed our stay but I would not go back to that location again.

We enjoyed our two night stay at this cute property. It was perfect for my husband and two children (ages 7 & 9). We walked to restaurants and boardwalk both days. The outdoor space was private and comfortable. There was a small coffee both and keurig! I highly recommend!

Located w few blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Clean property with all you need including a great patio w a BBQ. Can't say enough about the host and how accommodating he was. So very kind and went above and beyond my expectations! We will definitely be renting from him again. If you need a place for a small group, look no further. This is it.

Great location and everything clean and as described. Very small, but worked perfectly for 3 of us as we were really just sleeping there and spending rest of time with family who rented a big house in SP. Would stay there again.

This little bungalow was perfect for my husband and I. Our Boston terrier enjoyed it also. The house was clean and comfortable. I loved the fenced in courtyard. Wonderful stay.

Place was ok for a short stay but found some hairs and dirt around, and the bunkbed mattresses were so thin you could feel springs on your back. There was no soap, towels, sheets, or basic things like salt and pepper. Bathroom door squeaked really loudly. Again, it was fine but didn’t really feel like a place that is well tended or that you wanted to spend much time.

What I didn't understand at the time of the booking was that I'd be staying in the building behind the one pictured. Was very grateful the people staying in the pictured building understood that! The rental is tiny, but sufficient and clean. The courtyard right outside the doorway is adorable and well taken care of. It rained my entire stay! Will have to book again to enjoy it!

We arrived and were able to access the property with no problem at all. We enjoyed our stay in this rental (we were there for the weekend) It was exactly what the listing said. It was very clean and close enough to the boardwalk and restaurants to walk to.

Property was just as shown on vrbo. Host was there when we arrived, and VERY helpful. It's a really cute little place with a VERY comfortable bed. VERY convenient to the beach and pet-friendly.

The cottage cozy and quiet setting. The outside area was great to sit and relax. Near beach and boardwalk and very quick drive to Island Beach state park. Enjoy our stay!

Property was as described. Photos show the space well. The patio was nice as an extension of the space, as it was quite small inside for four people. But overall very nice place and the location can’t be beat !

The location and size was perfect for my family! We were within a 3 block walk to the beach and boardwalk and had easy access to anything we needed.

My friend and I enjoyed the space, and the location to the beach. Parking was so easy. The backyard was private and a nice place for morning coffee. We didn't cook but the kitchen was set up if you wanted to. The only suggestion is a mattress pad to cover the futon mattress, because it was like a typical cot with the bars under the back....more padding would make it comfortable.
It was a great find!! We'll be back.

We had 2 adults and 1 child stay at this property. It was Very Clean and in Very good shape. No real complaints . We would stay again. And it 's close to the beach and Boardwalk. Thanks Jim.

Hard to get in touch with out of country owner, poop was all over outside owner did refund cleaning deposit. Couch is only for one person. Very small.

Great stay & central to boardwalk!
Check in and out was super easy, accurate photos and description of property. Great distance to boardwalk, water park and all activities, was able to save a ton of money on parking due to being only 3 blocks from board walk and beach. Definitely need to bring floor towel for getting out of shower, extra paper towels and toilet paper. Owner supplied coffee options for their pot which was great!we used the grill for lunch and all was great. Definitely recommend!

Lovely stay in Seaside Heights
Very nice little beach house. Great location! Everything was as described. I would give 4.5 stars if I could, just under 5 stars because the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would have liked when we arrived. But everything else was very clean. Nicely decorated. Extra touches of the coffee and granola bars were nice as well. The outdoor space is also a plus. Would stay here again.

Better Than I Imagined (Decsription doesn't do it justice)
We have never been to Seaside Heights before so this was an adventure for us. The Cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood well off the street. A short walk in one direction gets you to the Boardwalk and the amusement park and beach. A short walk in the opposite direction gets you to the bay and kayak (etc) rentals. The Cottage itself has everything you need (except linens). Comfortable bed, full kitchen, huge TV but I think the fenced, private outdoor courtyard was my favorite. We could sit out there with coffee while our dog kept us company (and couldn't wander off). Really very pleased with everything

Awesome Place perfectly located
This place was amazing perfectly located in the middle of Seaside boardwalk the host was awesome fresh coffee and 1/2 & 1/2 in the fridge snacks as well couldn’t ask for more I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to the shore great outdoor area friendly neighbors truly amazing trip with anything you wanted right at where your staying kudos
