John, our host, was great. From first booking to the moment we checked in, he was incredibly helpful. The apartment’s location was perfect – peaceful and quiet, yet conveniently close to everything we needed. The apartment itself was fabulous. Impeccably clean and thoughtfully laid out, it provided all the comforts we could ask for. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway.

Large and clean apartment with good air conditioning. Fully equiped kitchen and a nice outdoor pool. Quiet area the time we were there on the low season. A few suggestions would be having 1 roll of papertowel available, maybe a small book suggesting areas of interest or local shops , and to ease up on the fragrance used for cleaning. I had some headache issues from the strong scent for the first 3 days. I believe it was from fabric softener since it was a strong scent on pillowcases and on the couch pillows. Some people have a sensitivity from this. The area is fabulous for beaching!

Immaculate, roomy, and excellent location with restaurants nearby.

The condo itself was very well equipped and extremely well located for touring around the Algarves. We had a bit of a glitch communicating with owner about the internet but nothing that deterred from stay. My only suggestion would be to purchase a new coffee maker and maybe some new pillows for the bedrooms. All in all a great condo, fabulous location, nice pool and a a great patio to relax on.

John was super responsive during the check-in process and even allowed me to check in a bit early. The house was very clean, parking was abundant, and it was a close walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked as well. Ample amount of space to hangout in the living room and terrace. Really enjoyed our time in Porto do Mos!

Our family, that includes one year old, had stayed in June for 8 days. We enjoyed everything about this property. It was fully equipped for the small one including a baby chair and a crib. It was very close to a beautiful beach that our family had enjoyed daily (huge free parking lot, two restaurants, lounge chairs for rent, first aid center, lifeguard). You could walk there but with one year old we preferred to drive and either one only takes 5 minutes. Apartment is very modern with motorized shutters (helpful on sunny days), furniture, fully equipped kitchen, etc. The building has a pool shared by 12 apartments so it has never been busy. Great communication from the owner and they were even able to accommodate our request within an hour.

Good trip

A great stay. John was super efficient in answering queries. The property was exactly what we wanted. The pool was a bit fresh in late October but the beach was a 5min walk away and perfect.

Easy process and great location. Very nice condo with good amenities. 5 -6 minutes drive to centro Lagos. Supermarket similar drive. Host was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

The apartment is modern and in perfect condition. There is a nice balcony overlooking the pool with onward views to the sea. The apartment is in a quiet complex of 12 apartments. There is a short walk down the hill to the beach. There are two excellent restaurants on the beach plus a French restaurant 3 minutes walk away back up the hill. There is plenty of on street parking and some parking in the complex. The area is nice with other good quality apartment blocks and villas. Lagos town is a short drive. The renters were lovely to deal with, on time, and very helpful.

L’appartement était parfait. Nous étions deux couples et nous avions assez de place. La douche est magnifique avec la vue sur la mer, wow!! La cuisine est bien équipée, les chambres superbes! Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour!

The condo was VERY nice, overlooked the pool and a view of the ocean. Modern, clean, spacious, perfect!! Only about a 10-15 min drive to old town Lagos. Overall we were very happy with our unit. Short 5 min walk down the hill to the beach, which was just beautiful. We ate at the restaurant on the beach and it was very good. We took a ride to Segres, which is so worth the one hour drive to see the sunset at St. Vincent, then dinner at a wonderful little Italian restaurant on side of road only minutes from Segres. Also, a must, is a small boat tour that you can catch from the Marina in Lagos and tour the Grotto's, so beautiful! A couple of things to know about the condo, you only get one towel for the week and no pool towel. Also, very difficult to find the unit as the streets are not marked well, make sure you get very good directions. Enjoyed our stay in Lagos very much!!

Beautiful, modern apartment, pristine condition. Very impressed. Great location to lovely sandy beach... just a few minutes walk. Great couple of beach bars which are ideal for lunch and dinner. Both of great quality. Car needed to travel into Lagos though. Would definitely go back.

A very enjoyable holiday, making the most of the pool at the complex, and nearby beaches and towns. Loads of things to do in Lagos and boat trips along the coast.

Great, would love to come back

The apartment we rented was well equipped, a great position for the beach (and bus to Lagos), neat and tidy. It is modern and spotless. The layout is very good, having two bedrooms supported by two bathrooms, which suited our needs exactly. The communications with John were first class, very informative and comprehensive, for example the directions from the airport. The area was quiet, we had no problem using sunbeds (there are some owner residents) and there was use of a massive and sturdy umbrella when things got a little too warm. The Puerto de Mos area is a quiet part of the Algarve, but has two beach restaurants which were fine for dinner and afternoon snacks when on the beach. The beach is clean and large enough for quite a few people to use without being crowded. We didn't find it particularly stony. All in all, we would definitely love to return to this apartment complex and apartment (if possible) in future years. More than happy to recommend.

This luxury apartment offered everything we needed. The photos are very accurate. It was clean, very spacious and walking distance to the beach. We were a group of 4 friends and enjoyed the large living area, kitchen and decks. You can walk to 2 beachside restaurants and rent chairs or a cabana. Perfect spot to relax. I would defiantly stay here again.

I thought this apartment looked too good to be true, but it was fabulous and John made the whole booking / arrival process very painless. The apartment was spotless and you do get a real feeling of calm and getting away from it all, with the pool and surrounding area being so quiet. The beach is only a couple of mins walk from the apartment and has 2 restaurants, of which Antionio's quickly became a firm favourite... supurb monkfish kebabs and great waiters. Lagos is a very manageable walk into town although up a hill, but we coped fine with a buggy and taxi'd it back no problem. We will definitely be back...

I stayed in this apartment in October 2009 with my Partner and her Son. The apartment was spotless and perfect if you're looking for peace and quite within easy walking distance of the beech, approx 2 mins walk. Excellent restaurant on the beech, Antonios, with superb food and service. The 12 apartment complex has a good size pool with plenty of space. The fixture and fittings are of an excellent standard and are both practical and very comfortable. I would highly recomend this area of Portugal as well as these apartments. If you are used to 5 star hotels then this is for you.

My family and I had a great time at this Apartment.The quality of it was very high and it was clean wel maintained and quiet. The location could not have been better.It is just a few minutes walk to the beach which offered everthing you might expect and had a fabulous restaurant.Also the old town of Lagos, the marina and all the other beautiful beaches are just a short drive away.
