All clean but not under the bed .

Everything. Poor maintenance. Very dirty. Dust everywhere. Smelly toilet.

The pictures looked nice but I was quite disappointed at how seemingly old the property looked like and felt unmaintained. Was expecting more from this newly built place

The air conditioning

The double bed was dirty, as if nobody cleaned it for months, the white sheets had women hair and potato chips all over it. The blue comforter felt like it has not been washed for a week but that was the best choice i had. Couldnt even sleep peacefully as there were bugs crawling at my feet all the time. Called the whatsapp number in the morning and had the receptionist send the cleaner immediately also took an hour to arrive. After the cleaner swapped a set of new sheets i had a comfy night. The double deck room was not as dirty as the double bed but it was obvious that someone slept at it earlier the day and the sheets were not swapped to new. Room 9-13 checking out.

KOTORRRRR SANGAT KOTORR! - booking utk 5 malam. Malam pertama sampai disambut dgn lantai kotor melekit! - lantai tandas entah bila last dicuci, lantai trlalu licin berisiko tinggi utk customer terjatuh! - byk habuk dari kepala katil sampai ke lantai, semua berhabuk! - microwave tiada! - Towel hari kedua minta baru housekeeper kasi! Itu pun kalau tidak terserempak di hallway, I think sampai check out pun tidak dapat towel! - hanger 2pcs only?? I book the place for 4 people! - rak kasut tiada. - cupboard tiada. - cermin tingkap kotor - handle pintu rosak NASIHAT SAYA: Kalau ko mau business ko kekal lama, bagus ko pecat sja la housekeeper & tukar orang yg layak & amanah. Ini tidak, Buat kerja mcm taik. Mlm prtama saya complaint pasal lantai, konon mau dtg pagi esoknya. Tapi tidak muncul2 sya kluar pun siap kasi tggal kunci dgn reception supaya cleaner boleh dtg, tapi sampai ke mlam bila cek lantai masih dlam keadaan yg sama! Bila buat complaint lagi, housekeeper cakap sudah kasi bersih. Penipu! Dari lantai hallway sja pun tahu housekeeper tidak buat kerja. Trlalu kotor.
