House was perfect for our needs. Lots of bedrooms and plenty of room for everyone. The house had everything we needed. And more. Two complaints: not having smart televisions to use our apps like Hulu. Only having cable was hard with little kids who are used to watching a few of their favorite shows before bedtime. No fire stick for us. Also there should be a vacuum cleaner or full size brooms for clean ups.Otherwise, the house was everything we hoped for our family vacation.We would definitely book it again.

Great house, great experience for my family. Great layout, with the everything we needed in the kitchen, porch, family room were all great. The house is very comfortable to stay in. Being on the golf course is a nice perk also. Additionally, I have used other property managers in Kiawah before and ESPM is by far the best I have worked with.

The house was a perfect location for a family vacation. Close to everything we love, especially the beach. The house is well appointed and very comfortable. The screened in porch was the best spot for morning coffee. We would absolutely rent this home again!

We were two families sharing this house, siblings and friends. We had 6 children and 3 adults in our party. The house was plenty big enough, clean and in decent repair. Though I could not figure out how to lock the patio doors, I feel pretty safe on Kiawah. Best kitchen set up we have had via VRBO; plenty of pots and pans and dishes, etc. We reported some needed repairs, so lets hope that happened. There is no service to the televisions, but you can try to enter your own info for streaming services.

Fabulous, well-equipped home in an excellent location. Close to beach, bike path and golf course. House had everything we could possibly need to enjoy a relaxing week in KI. We’ll be back again.

Great house
The house was very nice, great indoor & outdoor spaces. The ONLY issue we had is with the tv. It is the most basic cable possible - 3 channels. Not that we go to the beach to watch tv, but would be nice to watch something in the evenings (no ESPN, couldn't watch the Braves...). Rental company was very responsive when we asked about it, said it was the homeowner's tv package. Other than the TV, it is a great house, loved the location. Would rent it again if we could watch some TV at night!
