Overall a great place to stay! The neighborhood has good walking paths, the house was clean and well cared for, the pool was fantastic… having family members that are rather tall the beds were perfect as no foot boards but the living room furniture was a bit small and close together. But really, it was a great place to stay and would do so again.

Everything I needed for our stay was already provided in the home. All cookware, grilling tools, towel for showing and the pool, sunscreen, after sun care. They thought of so many little details I wasn't expecting. The home was also well cleaned. The host was responsive and made sure our needs were met. I highly recommend this property.

We had a great relaxing time. The weather got a little hotter than expected but with the pool and covered patio we were very comfortable. Golf courses were only a short 15min drive away. The house is well laid out and had everything we needed. Great place!! Thanks

The overall location and home is great. The kids had a great time in the pool. Though the cleaning company. they work with did not wash all the sheets the bedroom with the bunkbed all three beds had what looked like dog hair all over them so I had to wash the sheets. There were no spare sheets. We wash the blankets as well so we didn’t have anything to lay on until after the wash was done

Stayed there for a few nights for spring training! Everything went great and no issues. Lovely sitting outside and watching TV in the warm desert night. Would stay here again!

Our family enjoyed our week at this place, especially our time by the pool. Home is well stocked. Communication with owner was very responsive and helpful. Great location, close to restaurants and things to do.

The home was perfect for my brother and our families to meet and spend time for the holidays. The hosts were exceptional at having all the amenities we could need!!! I will ask for the pool to be heated next time! We cant wait to come back and visit!

The house and pool were great! We did Thanksgiving there and the kitchen was decently furnished for that! The knives left somewhat to be desired and the cookware had to be cleaned before we could use it, but that was an easy enough fix for us. The owners were very prompt in responses and helpful with any problem we encountered. The couches in the living room weren't "movie night" comfy, but they sufficed. The lamps in the bedroom and the living room didn't work but we didn't need them so it was not an issue for us. Overall it was a nice vacation for us!

We were so impressed with the home which is tucked in a very quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and total cleanliness throughout the house. We brought our 2 small dogs and the back yard was a blessing all fenced in with artificial turf so safe.
We will stay here again and recommend to everyone!

We had a wonderful stay. The homw was comfortable, clean, and very well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything you could want/need. We spent a huge amount of time relaxing by the pool, reading, having meals, and just enjoying the winddown from a very full summer. We would definitley come back for another stay.

We loved this property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was spacious, modern, and clean, and everything that we might have needed was provided. The layout of the home really worked well for our group, the neighborhood was quiet and very nice, and the location was close to most all of the things that we had planned. One of the best parts of our stay was getting to use the amazing pool - it was awesome! The owners made sure that we all all of the information that we needed about Check-in, Check-out, and the use of the home. We enjoyed it so much that we would make it a tradition!

Great house for a small group. Beds were comfortable and it was great having 2 bathrooms. Just a couple of friends taking a getaway from home. Enjoyed the pool and patio soaking in the sun. Nice quiet location. Did not have any issues with neighbors. The internet was hit or miss most of the time which made streaming movies difficult but overall was fine. Nice house and I would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful time ! The property was very clean and comfortable! We had a hiccup with the heater on the pool and the owners responded and fixed it promptly. They also offered and reimbursed us for the inconvenience ! Will hopefully be able to stay there again in the future , as our son and family live close by !

A couple items that I addressed with owner:
1. Lack of chairs for pool area.
2. Spa light not working.
3. Refrigerator leaking with water on floor when we checked in.
4. Dishwasher damaged.
5. We had 4 vehicles, so $20 for each vehicle to park at the house seemed excessive.
Overall, great experience because we had the entire family. But a few improvements necessary.

There is great wifi for streaming on the smart TVs but there is no cable TV. This is fine if you are familiar with streaming and have subscriptions. It would be good to know in advance.
The home is very nice well equipped and the king bed in the master is very comfortable.
It’s a quiet neighborhood except for the frequent weekday jet flyovers from the nearby Air Force base.
All of that considered we would definitely stay again.

Very clean and bright. The bed was very comfortable and the house provided most everything we needed. The dogs loved romping in the back yard and walking the neighborhood. Excellent communication. Quiet neighborhood and pleasant backyard patio. Highly recommend

House was great and as promised. Pool and yard, as well. Entry system very easy and everything worked - appliances, hot water, etc.; we would for sure stay there again.

Beautiful modern house in a safe quiet neighborhood. Owners are very friendly and good communicators. Plenty of stores and restaurants in close range. Nice pool in the fenced in backyard with lovely landscaping. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the pool so much. It was fun to have a big screen on the back porch to watch some funny YouTube clips. The rooms were such a nice size and everything was so clean. We really appreciated that!

The property was very nicely located and exceptionally clean. Loads of fun in the pool with a half dozen family & friends!

Home Base for a week of baseball tournament!
We had a great time at this property. The pool was a saving Grace from the heat. The TV outside was awesome. We used it for music and really enjoyed BBQ at patio,
The seemingly instant communication when we had questions and such was amazing,
