We have two people stayed in the hotel and we have one visitor friends come to meet us in the hotel and he will planning to go around 10.30 but the hotel staff dosent allow him to stay and ask us 800INR extra for him. They dident give the extra towel to us. No facilities in the room, no electric kettle, nothing in washroom. overall they are planning to take more money from us. there are only one thing you can have in breakfast (i.e you can have one paratha and one tea, if you ask for another paratha or omlate, they will charge for it. ) Bad experience,

No Cleaniness , rooms were full of dust and mosquitoes. Bedsheets were not cleaned. No soap in bathroom, no towel. No food after 9 PM from the kitchen. Severe unstaffed place. Asking full payment before even seeing the room. Saving a signed copy of the aadhar card for each member. I can go on and on. This is all because of Poor and useless Management. No one is overseeing this place.

Smart TV was good, Room was okay for spending one night, but we were happy it's Not for longer.

The staff wasn't helpful, Area wasn't really international-friendly.

Rooms were in pathetic shape. No cleanliness. Towels, Bedsheets, Bathrooms all were very dirty. After seeing fancy pictures on internet, we fell prey and booked. We were in real shock after reaching the hotel and seeing the condition. When you are charging money and claim to be a chain of nicely maintained economical hotels, live up to your claims. Extremely disappointed by choosing this hotel. I wonder how could this hotel get listed by Booking.com. Bathroom was not cleaned. Pots and washbasin counters were not cleaned. There were gutkha/paan spit marks all over the room and bathroom. Dirty towels were given. Staff too was surprised to see the condition of towel. Bedsheets were dirty.

Breakfast facilities.

The rate was very reasonable. Breakfast was average. The room was clean.

The behavior of the staff was highly unprofessional. Warm water was not available in the bathroom. On inquiry, the front desk person said "if you need warm water we will send one bucket of warm water in the morning". The locality was not suitable and congested.
