This property exceeded our expectations. Meticulously clean, and so very comfortable. The decor is charming. The kitchen is well stocked with everything one would need for meal prep and storage. Great little neighborhood too.

Beautiful property, modern, well equipped and very clean property walkable within one block to the coffee shop, bakery and several bars yet in a nice quiet neighborhood. We took a quick drive into city to bike the Lake Loop. Great trip to Madison!

It’s a great little place in a great neighborhood. Very clean, very well appointed, and very comfortable and well decorated. The host (Tim) was very nice and communicative throughout our stay. There were problems with the thermostat when we arrived, he was very responsive and got it fixed early the next morning. The neighborhood is cute and very walkable, with nearby parks and places to eat, and just a short drive to downtown.

Property was in a great neighborhood and walking distance to a bakery, brewery amd tavern. An easy drive to UW Madison and the capitol.

Great place and location for a stay in Madison. Very nicely updated and very comfortable. The owners do live in the upstairs unit. This was not clear in the description. This did make it feel more like a bed and breakfast feel where you didn’t feel like you had the whole place and you can hear the upstairs movement/activity. We did stay with a pet. This lead to the cleaning fee plus the extra pet cleaning fee to cost as much as the rental fee. This was not clear upon our reservation. I’d suggest that part of the pet cleaning fee be refunded if there was no mess left. We left the unit super clean, with little to no dog hair. There was no reason for a high per night cleaning fee to be charged. Nice unit, but for a pet friendly unit the total end cost was not friendly.

This property was excellent. Well appointed kitchen, two good beds and nice living room. The kitchen has sufficient space to prepare a meal but also a good sized table to enjoy your meal. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay in Tim's place which was 10-15 minutes from the University. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen including tupperware and easy access to nearby bike and running trails, food options and groceries. Comfortable set-up for three people--parents and one teenager.

Nicely remodeled older home. Good breakfast spot nearby.
