House was perfect for a Christmas Eve family get together. Very spacious home with a great kitchen, dining room. Beds were comfortable. I liked that the master was seperate from other bedrooms.

We were in town for a family reunion, and wanted a house just for us and our (grown) kids. This one was lovely and spacious, well-equipped and convenient. The kids enjoyed the pool table, and I dozed in the sun by the pool. It was perfectly situated for our extended family activities, which included my mother-in-law, who lives in Friendship Village. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was absolutely beautiful and super cozy. The foot of the bed in the master bedroom definitely sharp and gave me quite the bruise in the middle of the night.

We booked this home last minute so we can go to our daughters graduation at U of A. We were only here for the weekend but truly enjoyed the Arizona sunshine and the great pool. Home was on a very quiet street and had all that you might need to make your stay comfortable.

We read quite a few glowing reviews of this property so we went in with high expectations, and we were not disappointed! Location is fantastic, shopping, food entertainment, airport etc. was all close. The house had everything imaginable for your day to day living. We were very pleased with our stay.

We stayed at this location for a weekend of spring training baseball and enjoying the Phoenix area attractions. The house was clean and very nice in a good location that was easy to navigate. I would stay here again.

The place was fantastic. Only gripe was getting check in instructions wasn’t smooth. Also the front door is a great idea but didn’t operate the best. Apart from that the place was amazing and we had a great time. Would definitely book it again.

The house was amazing! Very clean, comfortable beds, and couch. The kitchen was fully stocked and was beautiful. We had a few hiccups. There was no instructions on how to work the TV. We never had the chance to sit down and watch anything late at night. When we took showers in the guest bathroom we were standing in water. The drain needs to be cleaned thoroughly. Also, the outlet in both bathrooms stoped working last last few days.

Grew up in the neighborhood. My mom has a house just around the street. Made it super convenient to visit with her and comfort. House has a very nice layout all the amenities just felt like coming home. Definitely would look at renting it again.

Great layout, beautiful kitchen, totally stocked! We came down for volleyball tournament. The girls had fun, plenty of room, great location…..even a park close by where my son went to play basketball…. Thank you! We enjoyed the house!

My family truly enjoyed this home as a gathering spot for our latest family vacation! It was fully stocked, the kitchen had plenty of cookware and utensils for our stay! The only issue we had was that the pool did not have an option to be heated, we planned to pay extra for this, but did not realize there was no option For this

Beautiful, well maintained and with all the amenities one could ask for. Nice central location but with a quiet neighborhood feel. Will definitely look for this house next time we are in town.

Clean, roomy, well appointed home. Plenty of space for our family of four. Beds were comfortable and linens were abundant. The primary closet and bathroom were a fantastic bonus that I’ve never experienced in a hotel or VRBO. I normally leave everything in my suitcase. Not this house! The closet organizer is dreamy. The home is located close to everything. I would definitely recommend.

Will probably stay there again if available.

We were visiting our son who attends ASU. The house was close to the campus, has a well stocked kitchen, and cozy family room for chilling. We will definitely stay here again.

My family and I have stayed in many VRBO homes over the years and I have to say this one was the best! The house looks just like the pictures, if not better! The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. There was even two complimentary bottles of wine waiting for us. The kitchen has everything and I mean everything you could want or need, even things you didn't realize you needed, like an espresso machine and bread maker. The showers even had shampoo and conditioner for us. The beds and couch were comfy. In addition to numerous flat screen televisions around the home, the pool table and outdoor pool were much enjoyed. Even the enclosed patio was well stocked with board games and the desk had lots of markers and crayons for entertainment. It really is a perfect house to stay in for whatever brings you to Tempe, Arizona. We hope to stay here again in the years to come! It is obvious that this owner had his guests in mind.

Excellent property, comfortable, clean, fun, and great location!! Had everything we needed and pool was perfect! We loved our stay and would stay here again!!!

We enjoyed all the living space in this home and that it was very clean. The neighborhood is very quiet, but stores and ASU were a quick drive away.

My family has stayed at several vrbo rentals in different states. This is by far the best. Check in was a breeze. A lot of amenities provided. Very clean. Very comfortable home. Enjoyed pool table and pool. Layout of home was wonderful. No problems at all. We will stay again!
