We had a great stay in this rental. It’s in a really good location, everything in Sunny Isles Beach is walkable, the beach, restaurants and shops. The apartment is perfect, we love it. It has a wonderful view. The whole building is very well maintained, the pool is fabulous. Thank you AYP, in particular Andrea, professional and efficient a credit to your company. Hopeto be back next year.

Very nice condo, clean and modern. Could use a sliding door between washer/dryer and fridge. Quiet, well maintained building, very well located. As usual, service from AYP was top notch. Andrea was great, Helpful and efficient. Will definitely return.

The property was very accurate to the pictures on line. It gave us a very peaceful feeling, like what you would want when you return home. I would absolutely stay there again.

This is a fabulous apartment, beautifully appointed, spacious, clean and an almost perfect location. It was a quiet area close to shops and good restaurants, and all walkable. We really enjoyed our time here and will not only recommend but we will return. Thank you
